Great value of money given location - it is a few hundred metres away from the famous and bustling Beijing Pedestrian Street and right above 公元前 / Gong Yuan Qian Metro station. There is friendly customer service every time we reported an issue such as required more toilet paper and they sent photos and detailed instructions on how to get to our stay so we would find our way there. We stayed as a family of five including two young children and stayed for two weeks.

Tower location is a bit hidden but it is easily accessible via metro. Building surrounding is old and rundown, many upgrading works in progress but was surrounded with many shop houses and eateries. It's walking distant to shopping malls and Guangzhou Beijing Pedestrian Road. Apartment is generally clean, was equipped with simple furnishing, essential appliances, a 100inches TV and air conditioning but there could be improvement on the bedding and sofa. Overall, it's still pleasant for short staying.

Room: I didn’t take many photos of the room, but I can say the photo shown is 100% accurate. The room is super nice, and everything is in new and good condition. We stayed for seven nights straight. Inside the room, all amenities are complete. Toiletries are fully stocked; they even provide makeup remover! There's plenty of detergent, so you don’t have to buy any—they provide everything! Oh yeah, the bidet has an automatic controller, which is very useful for Muslims. Staff/Owner: I don’t understand why others gave bad reviews because we had an amazing experience with the staff/owner while staying here. All of them are super helpful. I asked them for a few things, and they delivered. There’s no daily cleaning, but you can request it anytime if you need it. They also helped me call the courier service, which was very helpful. Building: I saw some reviews saying the building is in old condition, but they didn’t mention that the surrounding area is super clean! There’s direct access to the metro just below your room. All I can say is that this apartment is really convenient and the condition is just nice! Location: Easy access to everywhere. The metro for Line 1 and Line 2 connects with the building and shopping mall area. Muslim Food: There’s halal food nearby. One place is just right down from the apartment. The second is 700 meters away, about a 10-minute walk. Or you can just order food delivery—easy! Overall: We really loved our stay here; this is one of the best and most convenient apartments I have ever stayed in. The only issue for me was a bit of noise starting from 8-9 am due to honking sounds from outside, but it wasn’t a problem at night. Overall, everything was just great. highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again every time we go to Guangzhou!

The location is very easy accesible and walking distance to Beijing Road. The entrance of the apartment is linked to metro and a mall. The host & receptionist were very very very friendly and efficient, we arrived Guangzhou early morning and they allow us to keep our luggage at the reception while waiting for the room to be cleaned.

It was raining during our 3 days stay in GZ and fortunately the hotel location is excellent with easy accessibility to the metro stations. So we are able to complete our sightseeing and shopping as planned. The staff are accommodating and quick in response. They allowed us to check into 2 available rooms earlier so we can leave our luggages to go shopping. The rooms are clean and bed is comfortable.

the location is a little hidden, very close to Yongyuan Jian Station, the room is clean and smells good, the room is quite big. The service from the host was very good and communicative...will definitely come back for a visit

The location is really good. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and quiet.

Everything was good, the staff was very friendly and polite. At first, we booked two rooms without informing the staff in advance, which resulted in the rooms being separated. The staff initiative to upgrade one of our rooms in order to arrange us be close to each other for our convenience. The location of the hotel is very good, with a LRT station and a shopping mall downstairs, so no need to worry about transportation and eating. But it's just that there is only one elevator to the LRT floor and the elevator has a weight limit, so if there are many people, the waiting time will be a little longer.

The location is just behind gongyuanqian metro station exit A , and near walking distance to Beijing road. We can find lots of food by walking distance. The manager here is very helpful and kind. The room is also large and clean, and they provide amenities for us. Really recommend this place👍👍👍👍👍
