The room was great, especially with the upgraded service to a room with a private pool. It was perfect for letting the kids enjoy a dip in the evening while we relaxed. The buffet was a hit with the little ones, and they also loved the outdoor playground facilities. The complimentary gift and fruit picking experience when we left were also nice touches. My only minor complaint is that it was a bit sunny, but otherwise, no major issues.

Our stay at Baishuizhai Jiahua Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The cave hot spring has a unique design; with the lighting, it feels truly magical and dreamlike. The infinity hot spring on the mountaintop offers incredible views of the Baishuizhai waterfall in the distance. The family rooms are decorated with a fun, child-friendly theme, and the kids had a blast at the children's playground and with the craft activities. The staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast selection was extensive. We'll definitely be back!

The room was really good. We couldn't book a hotel inside Forest Sea for the May Day holiday, so we booked here instead. Overall, I was quite satisfied. The room was spacious enough, and the hot springs were decent, with both indoor and outdoor options. The outdoor hot springs did have some leaves and other debris from the trees. The complimentary fruit and milk were a nice touch, and the fence provided good privacy. The hot springs were open until 11 PM, and we could order takeout. We arrived at 1:30 PM and conveniently got a room on the second floor. After playing at Forest Sea until 9:30 PM, we could still come back to the hotel and enjoy the hot springs. The complimentary breakfast was served at the 'Cloud Something Room' in the lobby, and it was okay. This hotel has definitely become another satisfactory travel experience for me. Even after checking out at 12 PM, we wanted to use the hot springs again, and they provided us with a temporary wristband. Around 2 PM, a clown made crown balloons for the kids, which was a nice touch.

Surrounded by mountains, the hotel offers fresh air and clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable rooms. The staff are proactive and greet you warmly. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, and the hot springs are clean and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day. It's an ideal choice for a vacation.

I'd previously stayed at the Jiahua Hotel in Jin Hai Wan, but this was my first time at the Baishui Village location. We went during the Qingming Festival, and even though it rained, the mountain views with the mist were absolutely beautiful. The hotel's overall decor is lovely, and the hot springs are of high quality, with the water being changed and cleaned daily. A tip for breakfast: go early, ideally before 8 AM, otherwise it gets very crowded. My family booked a family room and a mountain view room. We were assisted by Xiao Wu (Wu Mingxi), who was incredibly patient and responsible. Not only did he process our check-in quickly, but he also upgraded one of our rooms (to be closer to the family room). He also provided detailed and patient answers to all our questions about luggage assistance, pet travel, and restaurant information. And the best part is that we brought our dog! Jiahua allows pets in all room types for just a small cleaning fee – that's a huge plus in my book! We'll definitely be back when the kids are a bit older!

The environment is great, the air is fresh, and there are many types of hot springs. They even upgraded our room type. The only downside was that breakfast was very crowded during the holiday period and there were no seats, but other than that, everything was excellent.

Decided to book the Gala Hot Spring Hotel last minute for a spontaneous trip, and luckily the weather was great. The hotel faces a mountain, and as soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a huge mountain view – absolutely delightful, especially since it's the perfect time for a spring outing with lush greenery everywhere. Check-in wasn't too bad; we waited a short while before it was our turn. Xiao Wu (Wu Ximing) at the front desk noticed our group was mostly seniors and children, so he kindly upgraded our room to a more spacious one! We also exchanged WeChat details with him, making it convenient to provide feedback or ask any hotel-related questions whenever needed. It was a wonderful family trip experience!

Perfect weekend getaway experienced here. Amy Tan at the front desk can speak English. Very helpful with a very warm welcome to my family. Kudos to her excellent performance. We also met the band performing during dinner. They were great performers. Very friendly and entertaining.highly recommended if you wanna venture in this area.

This girls' trip was amazing! The hotel environment is fantastic, and the rooms are huge with great amenities. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, provided excellent service. Breakfast was also delicious. I'll definitely bring my whole family for a parent-child trip next time!

I got a free upgrade to a garden view room, which offered expansive views. I had booked a room with a private hot tub, and it was incredibly spacious, with a separate tub that was both comfortable and clean. The room facilities were excellent, and the service was also fantastic. The overall environment was great, with both outdoor and indoor hot tubs available. I also thought the buffet dinner was quite good.

Whenever I visit this hotel, I’m satisfied with all services. A few travelers in spacious areas for hot springs were there, even dinner buffet.

The front desk upgraded us for free to a room with a soaking tub. The room was very clean and new, and the hot spring was excellent. The service was great, and the buffet dinner was also plentiful. What I was most satisfied with was how clean the changing rooms were – no strange odors at all. I will definitely go back again.

The room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped. The balcony offered a stunning view of the Baishui Village waterfall. It was exceptionally quiet at night, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.
