房間裝修很清新，也挺衞生，關鍵店家人很熱心，需要啥用品都會及時送到，人沒空的時候也會提前告知，讓你補充需要的東西，房間都很智能化，聲控調節空調和燈光，不需要自己下床關，室內隔音不錯 室外也清凈，旁邊就有地鐵站還有美食街，衣食住行都方便！

非常非常非常差，首先按照定位也基本上找不到店，沒有任何標識，完全在居民區小路里麪，靠路邊超市老闆指路，給的電話一開始也聯繫不上，好不容易找到是在那種以前的老居民樓裏面的六樓，旁邊路上黑燈瞎火，樓裏也是陰森森的，到房間以後，那天廣州特別冷，空調製熱沒有任何效果，床是靠近窗户的榻榻米，睡上去就是一個又濕又冷，還有一股黴味異味，臟兮兮的窗簾就搭在床上枕頭上很噁心，靠吹風機吹了半天床勉強睡下，一點不能靠近床的靠窗那邊，1.5m的床可睡面積大約1.2不到，這房間就是一百都不值，哦對隔音也特別特別差，一夜沒怎麼睡

民宿位置如圖。店家設定提前一天就不能取消訂單真的是有原因的！！！就這環境233一晚，拜託打聽一下人家麓楓酒店的價格，店家似乎不知道什麼叫市場定價。算是把“民宿”二字玩兒明白了。

一家走心的民宿，智能控制很方便，生活用品配備齊全，有還有晾衣服的架子！
衞生：贊，衞生乾淨是我住酒店的最大需求
交通：離地鐵站三百米的樣子，步行可達
環境：如圖，裝潢很用心，可以喝茶的飄窗，簡直不要太愜意

簡單的拍了幾張照片，這次出差是過來考試的，偶然看到了這個公寓，是自己喜歡的類型，入住的時候進房間的時候跟照片是一樣的，房間很智能，如果真有缺點的話，就是廁所有點小，不過影響不大，畢竟在地鐵站旁邊，空間有限。
Ps最後補充一點 前台小姐姐很温柔很可愛哦。

因為我從異地來找不到民宿，打電話到前台並沒有人接聽，（我從異地來已經坐了6個小時車，在民宿旁邊兜兜轉轉了大概半個小時了）前台回電時我就已經去到另外一個酒店休息了，跟我説什麼保留，需要提前一天取消，如果我有預知能力，我就不會找民宿，我就當140元打水漂。
