This hotel is absolutely fantastic, so clean and hygienic! 🏨 The facilities are super comprehensive; the TV allows screen mirroring, and they even use robots for food delivery 🤖. The bed is incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. 🛌 The bathroom is sparkling clean, and all the toiletries are high-end. 🏋️♀️ All in all, this hotel definitely deserves five stars, and I'll definitely be back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The sound insulation wasn't the best, but overall the hotel was decent. The facilities were comprehensive, and the room offered ample space. Housekeeping and the front desk staff were prompt and friendly. The duvet felt 'too clean,' causing some irritation and itchiness for my sensitive skin.

Even the hot water supply was consistently stable, always at an ideal temperature. The service was even more impressive. The front desk staff were efficient, friendly, and patient during check-in, and they proactively provided helpful information about local dining and transportation options. What truly stood out was the impeccable cleanliness. From the moment I entered, I didn't spot a single speck of dust. The bed linen was pristine and wrinkle-free, and the bathroom was spotless, with even the corners meticulously cleaned. I felt completely at ease and reassured throughout my stay. I will definitely make this my first choice for future visits to the area!

The floor was a bit dirty, and I hope they'll improve on this in the future. However, the room had excellent soundproofing and blackout curtains. It's conveniently located, the service was good, and it offers great value for money. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby.

Facilities: They have delivery robots, but whether they're actually used seems to depend on staff preference, as some deliveries are still brought directly to the room. Cleanliness: It was decent, with no obvious stains. Service: The female front desk staff were excellent, but the male staff were just average and, quite frankly, a bit passive-aggressive.
