The hotel has a beautiful garden.

It's a Hampton Inn, had pretty low expectations since in the states this would be a 2 star hotel. Went in huge lobby felt more like a china 4 star hotel. Only problem is location, unless your working around that area I wouldn't recommend.

We ordered water 3 times but they never brought it to the room. Communication is not easy unless you speak Chinese

I kove from entrance and the fast n helpful reception. All of them. Very clean. Big room. Laundry room also very big. And got gym. Lovely place. I will comeback to this hotel for sure.

I arrived at the hotel after concert on 21st Oct 2023, overall experience was ok, during check in staff have a little trouble to located my booking due to i book the hotel in using English, not a big problem but its a little weird as my name both Chinese and English's were shown on my ID card, as my booking reference were also shown during check in. The room is spacious and comfortable, ordered take away and it will delivered to your room, the robot is cute and is pleasure to see automated system so you no need to have to leave your room and go down to get your orders, everything is clean, tidy and trouble free in the room, i had a really good night rest and was recharged on the next day, the only down side is that the TV are all Chinese channel - it would be lovely if it can have 1 or 2 foreign channel as well ! Upon check out the staff were very friendly with a warm smile which gave me a head start of a positive day, keep it up Hilton i will return next time !

I made an appointment with my friends to travel to Guangzhou before the New Year. I made a plan and bought air tickets. As the departure time approached, I found that the hotel was not successfully booked. I felt a headache at the time and hurriedly looked for a hotel. Then I saw that the Hilton Hampton Hotel had good reviews, so I started to book it. After booking the hotel, I found that it was quite far from the city center. I didn’t want to go through the trouble anymore. After arriving at the hotel, I found that the hotel was quite good. The location was okay. The main thing was that there was a subway station nearby, which was convenient for travel. There was free parking and it was very good to rent a car. Hahaha, it felt great value for money. I especially want to mention Wenwen at the front desk. The service was great☺️. I called the front desk to inquire about the route before arriving at the store. She explained the information to us in great detail. She also gave us a gift when we checked in. Sweet girl~

The facilities are very complete and practical, and the room is equipped with a small refrigerator. The lobby is bright, the room is clean, and there are intelligent lighting and air conditioning. The most important thing is that the toilet has no odor. There is a subway station near the hotel, and you can go to a large shopping mall or the city center. Xiao Feng at the front desk is kind and friendly, arranging early check-in and upgrading the room for free. Very satisfied, 5-star praise.

This hotel must be rated five stars. First of all, there is the front desk lady Xiao Feng, I think her name is Xiao Feng. I said I wanted a room with a view of the sun, and she explained that although this room is on the side, it has two windows and you can see the sunrise. As a result, when I got up this morning, I could see the sunrise, which was so healing. Then the whole room looked clean and tidy, and the light was very good, which allowed me to concentrate on my work. Later, when I left the hotel, she asked her colleague to give me a small gift, haha. At this price, this kind of service, it feels like home. Anyway, for me, it is a very good experience
