There were cockroaches in the room, and there was a cracked floor under the bed on the first floor. These are all fine. What I can't accept is that I clearly asked the customer service before booking whether the bathroom in the room is separated from wet and dry areas and whether there is a wardrobe or closet. The customer service answered yes, so I booked it. As you can see in the picture, not to mention that it is abnormal that the bathroom is on the second floor. This can be said that I didn't see the photos on Ctrip clearly, but the customer service's answer is completely inconsistent with the actual situation... The bathroom is small and not separated from wet and dry areas. We are not used to the place being so wet after taking a shower, which made us very embarrassed, especially my mother's feet had been injured before. It is really inconvenient for her to wear clothes in such a small and slippery space; the same goes for hanging clothes. There is not even a row of hooks in the room, only this shaky upright hanger, and there is no window or shelter on the balcony. The clothes drying rod and clothes hanger are exposed to wind and rain, and can't be hung out at all. Those hangers turn black when wiped with wet wipes. It's so dirty! Finally, we could only wipe all the hangers we were going to use and hang the clothes on this vertical hanger indoors... It felt like we had been making do with it for two days, it was really bad...

The environment is very good, the balcony is very open, and the location cannot be said enough.

I chose this place randomly when traveling with my sisters, and we were all very satisfied and felt very safe.
