The hotel exterior has a nice, quality feel to it, especially at night when the lights make it look particularly clean and sharp. The front desk service was good, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was tidy, and the bed was just the right firmness, so I slept really well. Transportation nearby is convenient, and there's a convenience store downstairs. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations – I'll definitely choose this place again next time! 👏🏨✨✨

My only complaint was that the pillows were uncomfortably high; even after switching to a buckwheat pillow, they were still too high, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. However, there's only one elevator, which can lead to long waits during peak morning and evening times. I really hope they can look into improving this.
