Homeinn Hotel (Guangzhou Yong Qing Fang Hualin Temple Subway Station)

This was the worst hotel I have ever experienced during my travels across eighty-nine countries. First, the service was extremely poor. The staff were rude and made no effort to assist us. Communication was also very difficult, as none of the staff spoke English, and at times they were almost shouting instead of helping. Second, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The bed sheets were dirty, and the floors were not properly cleaned. To make matters worse, there were insects in the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Additionally, the hotel’s advertising was misleading. The room was advertised as having a double bed, but upon arrival, we were given a room with only one queen bed. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Great location, very clean, with amazing features such as laundry with live status update on tv. The staff team was very helpful with our packages (they sorted and packed everything into one big box for us). Close to many delicious street foods and attractions, metro stations are not too far (5 mins walk).

The room is clean and nice. The location is very good, and the metro is 6min walking distance. There is wet market, resturant, walking street... Only bad is our room just beside the washing machine room. People smoke outside the washing room while waiting for their clothes. Then our room will be full our cigarette smell.
