We had a fantastic stay at Lavande Hotel Guangzhou Railway Station Yuexiu International Convention Center Store. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed and comfortable. The hotel was clean, modern, cozy, and very well maintained. Our room had everything we needed and was perfect for relaxing after long days exploring the city. We would especially like to thank the entire hotel staff for their kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home and created such a pleasant atmosphere during our stay. The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. It is easy to get around Guangzhou from here, with transport, shops, and restaurants nearby. This made our trip much more comfortable and stress-free. We were also very happy with the cleanliness, service, and overall comfort of the hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. We left with wonderful memories and only positive impressions. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Guangzhou. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future. Готель сучасний, чистий, затишний і дуже доглянутий. У номері було все необхідне для комфортного проживання та відпочинку після насичених днів у місті. Ми хотіли б окремо подякувати всьому персоналу готелю за їхню доброту, професіоналізм і тепле ставлення. Усі співробітники були надзвичайно привітними, уважними та завжди готовими допомогти з будь-яким питанням. Саме завдяки такому сервісу ми справді почувалися як удома. Розташування готелю також дуже зручне. Поруч є транспорт, магазини та ресторани, тому пересуватися Гуанчжоу було легко й комфортно. Це значно зробило нашу подорож приємнішою та спокійнішою. Ми також залишилися дуже задоволені чистотою, сервісом і загальним комфортом готелю. Усе перевершило наші очікування. Ми поїхали лише з чудовими спогадами та позитивними враженнями. Щиро рекомендуємо цей готель усім, хто планує поїздку до Гуанчжоу. Із задоволенням зупинилися б тут ще раз.

This hotel is located in the enormous leathergoods & bags sector of Shantung. There aren’t many good eating places close to it, but as cabs (particularly using DiDi) are so cheap, it’s not too much of a hindrance. The staff are very helpful but unable to speak English (so use a translation app). An ample supply of drinking water is provided and surprisingly, a very good breakfast is included in the price. There is also a self-service laundry room where detergent and softener are provided free. It’s very good value for money. The one complaint I have is that despite having “no smoking” signs in the rooms, they all stink of cigarette smoke – and the staff tell me that they can’t stop gas from smoking! I got over this through getting (a very fragrant) air freshener from the reception and spraying my room morning and evening. Not great for guests with asthma.

I travelled solo for my birthday to source & celebrate the staff truly sooo welcoming they didn’t speak much English but made all the effort to learn and help everytime. The room is clean they done for me a mini decoration my room was cleaned everyday the location is perfect right on the ***** of Yuixue literally 5 mins from most market. The location is in the main bag suppliers suitcases & bags absolutely will return my room was beautiful loved it really made my trip extra special deffoo recommend you will surely return. The staff alone super amazing everyone friendly & polite .
