Response from Property: 尊敬的賓客，對於您在酒店入住期間的經歷，我們深表遺憾。我們也跟餐廳同事瞭解當天的情況，我們早餐是可以打包，也很樂意給賓客提供打包服務，但是打包僅限於住宿人員的餐食，您當天要求打包10個雞蛋，因為我們所備食材是根據當天用餐人數準備的，所以早餐服務員衹是禮貌告知不能打包那麼多，如果因為早餐服務員，在解釋給您帶來不好的體驗，我們願意的接受批評，並及時改進。但是因為打包不能滿足您需求而否定我們早餐的服務，我們保留自己意見。作為酒店，我們很樂意接受賓客提出了意見和批評，我們也會反思我們服務過程中沒有做好的地方，並在以後的工作不斷精進。再次感謝您入住中怡大酒店，祝您生活愉快！
