Xingyi International Apartment (Guangzhou Changgang Metro Station)

Booked this room for a friend, but I've stayed here once before and it was great. It's really good value for money on weekdays. The location is super convenient, it's clean, well soundproofed, and offers great privacy. The room has a large window with fantastic city views. Check-in and check-out were both very fast. Parking is 20 RMB. While there's no breakfast, there are plenty of affordable and delicious eateries nearby.

Found a cockroach crawling into my bed in the middle of the night. The hotel refused to change my room or offer a refund. The front desk attendant was quite nice though; he changed the sheets and sprayed insecticide right away. However, the chemical smell was so strong I couldn't sleep a wink. I was also worried about roaches getting into my luggage, so I had to get up and repack everything in the middle of the night. Didn't get any sleep at all. An extremely awful experience.

The room overall was great, very clean and tidy. Plus, the view was wide and unobstructed. Definitely recommend! Service: The service was also excellent! Getting around was super convenient! The subway station is just a few steps from the entrance!

The front desk staff were very responsible and helpful, the location was easy to find, and it offered great value for money. I'll definitely come back next time.

Ever since my first stay at this serviced apartment hotel in 2016, I've practically made it my go-to whenever I'm in Guangzhou for business, so you could definitely call me a regular. What really stands out is how they've renovated and upgraded the place three times in less than 10 years. Not only do they have a prime location, but they've also consistently improved the comfort of the stay. The service and management are always thoughtful and meticulous, leaving me very satisfied every time I check out. This time, especially, when I was rushing to leave on November 29th and forgot my charging devices, they promptly noticed, contacted me, and got them delivered to me as quickly as possible. Their attentive and detailed service really left a deep impression on me. I have to give a huge thumbs-up to their management and service!

The hygiene was impeccable, the room was spotless, and the bedding was soft, clean, and odorless. It's close to the subway station, so getting around is a breeze. The environment is comfortable and quiet, making for a relaxing and pleasant stay. Highly recommend!
