I want my full refund from Trip.com if not I will lodge an official complaint to IATA as I did not sleep the night of 26th April and 27th I checked out even though I had booked 27th night through trip.com. This hotel is. Co pelte nightmare, will not advise any guest to ever stay in this hotel or this pathetic area of Guangzhou. Horrible, horrible stay. It was a nightmare. I want my full refund as in the middle of the night of 26th April I had a cocoroach was climbing up my leg under the bed quilt and the night staff who is a useless man was of no help or could not provide any solution. They advertise 24 hour front desk service, they are liars, the man was fast asleep and did not offer any help, he told me to get refund for 26th and 27th night I would have to write to the platform from where I did this booking which is Trip.com So I want my full refund back.
