This is a hotel full of flaws from hardware to software. Let's talk about the hardware first: the room we booked has very poor soundproofing, and we can clearly hear the conversation outside the corridor in the room; the shower room is poorly waterproof, and the shower door leaks, so the water flows outside when we take a shower; I don't know if the filter of the air conditioner in the room is not cleaned, and when I stay in the room, I feel uncomfortable in my nose when I turn on the air conditioner; the WiFi in the room is very slow, so slow that the projector can't play any videos at all, and I even turned on the hotspot on my phone for the projection; the sofa in the room is not facing the projection screen, and I need to tilt my head to see the projection. Then there is the software: the front desk didn't know the WiFi password and they still didn't know it after asking several times, so they finally asked the housekeeping staff to go to the room to check; I washed my clothes during my stay and asked the front desk for hangers, but they said they didn't have any extra hangers and they had to get them from other rooms, and today the room was full so they couldn't provide hangers, and then when I asked for hangers again the next day, they got some that were not standard hangers placed in the guest rooms at all, so it can be seen that the hotel has extra non-standard hangers.
