很好的住宿體驗，房間看上去很新，乾淨，前台等小姐姐人很好，不管是早班的還是晚班，都非常為客人着想，有問題能及時解決，地理位置優越，交通十分方便，有需要會考慮，也會推薦給朋友，感覺舒適

公寓整體來説是挺滿意的,這次住了2晚。春節整體升價了,不過管理方面還行,沒卡上不去,周圍很安靜,都是楊箕居民住宅區。房間方面配有小陽台,還有洗衣機洗衣液,晾衣架。有冰箱,灶台,抽油煙機,微波爐等,床鋪也舒服的

服務太差。1，按導航到了，找不到樓的入口，前台引導説不清楚，這本來是最常見的問題。2，未強調需要選擇電梯到29樓並且需要刷卡，弄的我們拉着箱子一通亂找。3，態度很不熱情，愛住不住的感覺，趕上節日，價格很高，估計他們不缺客，實在感受不到廣州的服務水平和理念。4，電梯候梯時間較長。
不推薦朋友來也不會再來住。
對於民宿，其實服務是最重要的，我感受到的是無所謂住不住。

房間光線很好，燈也夠亮，這方面比其他酒店好，但是門應該是壞了，被風吹的嘎吱響，影響睡眠。沙發還挺舒服的，可惜枕頭對我來説太高了，不太習慣。總體來説還是不錯的，就是價格貴了點，離地鐵站也不夠近。

第二次入住了，房間還算滿意，望出去能看見城景，有冰箱和洗衣機，樓下有很多餐廳和便利店，前台服務態度挺好的。不好的地方在於用熱水的時候還得自己去按一下熱水器，另外離地鐵站也要走好遠。

以我多年旅遊，住過無數酒店民宿公寓，這次算是最差的，以後也不會選擇公寓…。。
首先，沒有地方泊車，被逼到地下停車場，完全沒有指示，像個迷宮，找出口找到煩躁，還是要收費的，好好不容易找到D2，乘電梯上29樓，原來要房咭才能乘搭電梯，結果落返地下，要聯絡才能拍卡乘電梯，和很多住客民居外賣員一起乘電梯，拿着行李東走西走，折騰一輪，真的不知道為什麼要選擇住在別人的家，已經很不滿。。。
房間：衛生很差，地下黐立立，床上有頭髮，衛生差，設施殘舊，梳化見到都唔敢坐…
