As a green card holder of China, permanent residence card issued by the China, check in was some what simple at the start. It then became extremely complicated when I started to receive phones calls while out on business - for a copy of my green card ( Chinese residency card ) it was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional and uncomfortable. I can appreciate that they probably don’t come across many people with this card but the level of indirect racism was just unpleasant. The whole purpose of a card being issued to foreigners to the contribution is a reward from China. This hotel made me feel like we were worthless, I will be sure to be taken this up further. We are supposed to be treated some what equal regardless of one nationality ( As I’m a British national with a permanent resident card in China ) 2nd issue I had with this hotel was that a young man at the front desk was very aggressive to another woman ( local Chinese woman ) then began to become aggressive to me, I was at the time only asking about extending my night to another day at the time. He was so aggressive, unpleasant and unprofessional- it made me feel very uncomfortable. This type of young man should never be working in hospitality. The purpose of any hotel is to represent the brand and provide a warm welcome to everyone, regardless of their nationality. This location is a place whereby nationalities from all over the world visit and I suggest all the staff need to be retrained ( apart from one lady, dressed in pink - she was very professional, understanding and considerate) she definitely needs to be located in a hotel where service is at the most important. She was very good at her job, Head-office staff really need to reward a person like her. She went out of her way to provide a free basket of fruit to apologize for the inconvenience caused to me. Thank you . 3rd problem - my room had ladies hair on the towels on the wall of the bathroom - it was dreadful- I just can’t imagine. Other than all my problems with this hotel, the location is very good because it’s near the subway near the leather markets / food shops nearby so it’s very convenient. I suggest head office that you really need to look at the issues at this hotel and promote the lady wearing a pink suit. Just also to note the other staff members at the front desk need further training as they also weren’t good. It’s unfortunate as the world is witnessing poor customer service and this is a big representation to the country as it’s the 1st experience people will note when they stay at this hotel.

The staff were really friendly. The room was cozy and clean. Good for short trips. The self service laundry was a great amenity to have.

Hotel staff and service are fairly good. It would be better if the hotel's rent is a little higher, a little lower. Everything else is fine.

The experience was very good. We were arranged a corner room. There is a laundry room on the fourth floor, which was very comfortable. When we checked out, we also gave two children a small gift each, haha, the experience was perfect. They are all the children's favorites.

The room is clean and hygienic. I specially booked a room with breakfast, which is suitable for those who take the high-speed train in the morning. There is a desk and a desk lamp, which is suitable for those who need to work while on a business trip.

The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, the hotel facilities are complete, clean and sanitary. The service is very warm and thoughtful, there are small fruits, double skin milk, red date tea... You can also delay check-out 😄 I will stay here next time I come to Guangzhou 😁

I came to see the concert. The train was late, so I booked a room by the hour to take a shower and wash clothes. Hanting was as good as always and did not disappoint me. The room was very nice, clean and tidy, and the service was also very good.

It is relatively close to Sanyuanli subway station, but it is not easy to walk with a suitcase. You need to go through an overpass and take a detour. The room is quite spacious, with independent wall-mounted air conditioner. The room facilities and decoration are a bit old, and the bathroom is wide. For me who is a bit of a clean freak, the overall situation is not good. Fortunately, the bedding is hygienic. There is a shopping mall nearby, and you can have morning tea at Luyun Tea House on the third floor. It is highly recommended and it is also close to walk.

Very comfortable hotel near Guangzhou Railway Station, good hygiene, good sleep, convenient subway station, and good morning tea at Ronghua Restaurant nearby! Thanks to the front desk lady for helping to upgrade the room!

Came for a meeting, very close to the subway station, very convenient, and surrounded by authentic Guangzhou restaurants. The front desk service attitude is very good, and there are robots delivering takeaways. The room is clean and tidy, and quiet at night. The stay experience is good, and I plan to book here next time.
