The hygiene and overall environment were good, but the best part was having laundry facilities, which was incredibly convenient.

Souvenir: Didn't receive any. Surroundings: Very, very noisy near Wanda Plaza. There was noise all night long, but food options are convenient. Cleanliness: There were cigarette butts on the balcony, the toilet wasn't cleaned properly, and the toilet paper looked dirty with white and yellow spots, so I didn't dare to use it. The tissue paper in the living room and bedroom was better. The toothbrush was terrible, making my gums bleed. The two complimentary bottles of mineral water were an unknown brand, so I was hesitant to drink them. One pillow was very yellow, which was quite off-putting. Facilities: Complete and well-equipped. The hairdryer had decent power. The beam in the large room on the second floor was quite low, making it easy to bump your head, and there was no warning sign. The price was quite high at 462 RMB for a Saturday night, when it's only around 200 RMB on weekdays. 😅 Overall, the biggest issue was how incredibly noisy it was in the middle of the night, making it impossible to sleep.

The room was clean and tidy, and there were plenty of convenient dining and entertainment options nearby.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is apartment-style, and the amenities are incredibly comprehensive – fridge, TV, hairdryer, you name it, they have everything you need for daily life. The room service staff were super friendly and knew just how to respect our space; they'd only gently remind us in the afternoon, never disturbing our rest early in the morning. They also regularly helped with trash removal. Their service was meticulous and thoughtful, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend!

Out of all the serviced apartments I've stayed in, this one in Guangzhou really stands out for its excellent service. Even though I only stayed for two nights, they replenished the toiletries and mineral water, changed the towels, and kept the room impeccably clean. It was even better than other hotels I've stayed at previously. The front desk staff, especially the young man, was incredibly friendly and helpful. I'll definitely come back to stay here if I get the chance. The transportation is also super convenient, with both buses and the metro 🚇 nearby, and Wanda Plaza is right next door.

The hotel is about 900 meters from the subway station, which is acceptable. Downstairs, there's a night market with barbecue stalls, and a Wanda Plaza nearby (not highly recommended, it's just okay). There's also a fabric market next to it, and a really good restaurant upstairs. BUT! Someone swiped their card and entered our room while I was sleeping! And no complimentary gifts (do we really have to ask for them? Couldn't they just put them in the room directly?)
