服務：服務態度很差，辦理入住的時候前台自己打錯了我的手機號碼還跟我急眼説是我手機號碼錯了，拿完房卡我都走到電梯準備上去了才叫我回去付按金，明明上一個人是拿完房卡他就讓人付了，一看就是故意搞我，我也不説啥了，之後房卡三天兩頭打不開房間，每次都要去前台重新刷，還狡辯剛剛開始説門鎖沒電後來又改口説衹給我開了一天的卡，搞得每天讓人跑上跑下好幾次。
設施：預訂的房型詳情裏面明明是有電視機的，實際去了根本就沒有，而且還搞一間陽台是對着裏面另外一棟樓，很閉塞不透氣，根本照不到太陽，住一個星期衣服曬不幹。
衞生：床鋪不乾淨，枕頭下一摸全部是一粒一粒的顆粒物不知道什麼東西，睡得全身癢，陽台經常有小蟲子爬來爬去。
