Guangzhou Hehui Hot Spring Hotel (Baishuizhai Resort)

The deluxe rooms are all located in Block B. The extremely long hallway has no air conditioning, and outside there's an unfinished construction site. It feels like two different hotels compared to Block A. I suggest improvements. After some coordination, we switched to Block A, which was excellent in all aspects. Recommended, I'd definitely re-book.

If there were more rides, kids would have even more fun. The buffet selection is as plentiful as always, which is great. However, it's not very cost-effective that children over 1.2 meters have to pay extra, especially since they can't eat much anyway 😂. If it hadn't rained, we might have played more, but we happened to encounter typhoon weather.

The hotel lobby has a unique character, and the rooms are quite clean and comfortable. You can see the Baishui Waterfall right from the balcony. There's also a large outdoor pool, and the breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options.

The stay was just okay. It's advertised as a family-friendly hotel, but they didn't provide any toiletries or toothbrushes for my two kids. I checked in at 9 PM. The next morning, I asked the cleaning lady for two extra bottles of water to make formula for my kids. She said, 'Didn't I give you extra bottles yesterday?' I replied, 'When? I only checked in at 9 PM last night.' Then she said, 'Oh, my apologies, I must have remembered incorrectly.' Umm… even if I had taken extra, which I didn't, that’s not the attitude to have, right? Secondly, my daughter cut her toe while swimming in the pool and it started bleeding. I'm not sure if it was a cracked tile or something else. 🩸 I asked the lifeguard for antiseptic swabs. The lifeguard was quite helpful and gave us a plaster and antiseptic cotton. I'd suggest the hotel regularly inspects its facilities. There are safety hazards. Parents with young children should definitely be careful. Breakfast was limited, probably due to low occupancy, and honestly, it wasn't very good.

Exceeded my expectations, the kids loved it and had a blast! It's genuinely great, with a rich variety of activities and a crystal-clear pool that the little ones absolutely adored and couldn't get enough of! We'll definitely come back for another visit if we get the chance.

Excellent! The butler responded quickly and resolved issues promptly. Items were delivered fast, and they even brought up food deliveries.

The staff were incredibly friendly and very considerate of our child's feelings. The restaurant had a wide variety of colorful dishes. Both the outdoor and indoor pools were exceptionally clean. We're looking forward to our next visit! When our child fell, they immediately called for service to bring medicated oil.

Our stay was fantastic! The butler service at the villa area was incredibly attentive; they even brought all our takeout orders right to our door. The room itself was brand new and very comfortable. The common areas were also really nice.
