JI Hotel Hotels in Guangzhou

Firstly, this hotel meet my expectations for family trip. 1. Laundry room with free laundry detergent, dryer, iron. All complete. 2. The breakfast prepared is always fresh and tasty, thanks to the aunty who cook the noodle soup. 3. The customer service girl and boy at the counter is so accommodating and gentle. I have an early flight, the hotel help to book the flight, and prepared some dry food breakfast for us. So thankful for it. 4. Will totally recommend for everyone to stay here 5. So near walking distance to MRT Caihongqiao Station.

This newly opened hotel boasts an excellent location. It's right next to a bus stop with numerous routes, 900 meters from Feixiang Park Station on Guangzhou Metro Line 2, and less than a 5-minute walk from Lejialu Station on Line 14, which is set to open later this year. The hotel features a minimalist yet distinctive design. The lobby, predominantly decorated in warm tones, creates a comfortable and spacious atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, offering complimentary breakfast and a late check-out. The rooms are clean and spacious. They are equipped with complimentary washer-dryers, and the in-room TV even displays their availability – incredibly convenient! The hotel is conveniently located next to Yukoufu Restaurant, a long-established Guangzhou eatery, and a vibrant Korean food street. Several major shopping malls, including CapitaLand, are also nearby. Highly recommended!

Good location that is near the train station, but the road leading to the hotel is always jam full of cars and taxis which will result in long extra travel time by car. Walking distract to po park that had lots of food options which is great. However in the late night most of the food stores around the hotel area are close. Breakfast buffet spread at the hotel is great as well. Much better eating from the food places around there hotel. The rooms are big, spacious and clean. Complementary tea in the room is nice as well.

Traveled with my family. The hotel boasts a prime location with direct views of the Pearl River. In the evening, it's just a few minutes' walk to the pier for a Pearl River night cruise. It's also conveniently located near Beijing Road, making it easy to sample various local snacks and traditional eateries. From our room, we could even spot the Canton Tower (nicknamed 'Little Waist'), which our child was absolutely thrilled about.

I really liked the hotel - the location is convenient, everything is clean and nice. I always stay here and recommend it to my friends. Unfortunately, yesterday I mistakenly entered the wrong booking date, and it was physically impossible for me to be here on the 21st since I was outside of China at that time. I asked to change the reservation and move it to the following day, but my request was denied. This was very disappointing, especially considering that I am a regular guest at this hotel. Moreover, I also brought friends with me this time - we booked 2 additional rooms for 7 days starting from August 22. They arrived today with me from Kazakhstan. I would really like the hotel management to be more loyal and considerate toward their regular guests.

I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel this time for the Canton Fair and was lucky enough to book a hotel in a superb location! The entrance to Area B was a quick walk away, and we were immediately connected to an electric cart. This is the most thoughtful hotel I've stayed at in mainland China. After doing laundry, someone even delivers it to your door, and there's fruit every night! During my stay, I kept getting packages delivered to the wrong address due to changes in the Taobao address. The front desk staff was very helpful in arranging express delivery! I'm already planning to stay again during next year's Canton Fair! 

It looks like it is meant for the local travelers. We could not find any bread in the morning breakfast, only local Chinese cuisine was available. You have to ask for Salt & Pepper(you will get fine grounded powder on request). No Drinking coffee, iron and magnifying mirror available in the room. Low light in the dressing area. Iron was available in the laundry room only. The only advantage was location.

The room was spotless, and the smart assistant (Xiao Ai) made controlling everything in the room effortless – excellent! The hotel is located on Beijing Road, with the front desk conveniently accessible on the fifth floor via elevator. Beijing Road Pedestrian Street is just a few hundred meters from the hotel entrance, making it incredibly convenient. The area is bustling at night, perfect for dining, drinks, and browsing. The Cathedral is only 500 meters away, and both Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street and Shamian Island are just 2 kilometers away. It's easy to reach any destination from here.

The hotel is centrally located, offering very convenient access to transportation. The overall decor was, as always, comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, upgrading our room and even providing complimentary fruit. Their service was outstanding! The room also offered a nice view. The only minor issue was that food delivery took a long time, as the service robots seemed to be very busy.

I always choose this Ji Hotel whenever I'm on a business trip. The hotel offers excellent facilities and the service is incredibly warm and attentive. The breakfast is also fantastic. Its convenient location makes getting around easy, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Highly recommended!
