Overall: For a family trip, the family members said that the price-performance ratio was average. It was an enhanced version of a chain hotel with average environmental facilities and services. The hygiene was good. The breakfast was not delicious. It had no characteristics of Cantonese cuisine and the variety was pitiful. Environment: The door of the room is very soundproof and lightproof. The corridor was noisy from 23:00 to 0:00 for two consecutive nights, and the hotel management did not stop it until the customer couldn't bear it and called to complain. The light isolation is also very poor. There is serious light leakage from the crack of the lower door of the room, and it becomes bright when the lights are turned off. Facilities: The room's air conditioning control and various button controls are anti-human. If you don't get out of bed for a long time, you won't be able to complete some of the simplest operations. The outermost part of the curtain cannot be opened, and the inner side operations are speechless, such as the master control. As soon as I opened it, the curtain automatically stuck, scaring my wife half to death. Service: The only things worthy of praise are the waiter at the gate and the food delivery robot. These two are responsible for their duties. The others are no different from transparent people. The breakfast waiters are even more outrageous, like a group of outsourced people.

🚗 Transportation: The transportation is convenient near Wuyangcun subway station and there is also a bus station. It’s really great to have parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel! 🧹Hygienic: The room is clean and clean, with complete facilities, good ventilation and lighting, and the living is very comfortable. 🍃Environment: The hotel is an old hotel, but the price is very good in this location and the price is very high. Near the Pearl River of Guangzhou Tower, it is also very close to walk to see the night scene at night. It is worth recommending everyone to live. 🔔Service: The hotel staff has a very good service attitude, fast check-in procedures, and epidemic prevention work is also done well. A recommended hotel.

Super satisfied, the location is very good, the room is close to the Pearl River, and you can see the ships of the Pearl River Night Cruise through the window! The room is very tidy. I came early to see the cleaning sister and disinfected very seriously! The sister with short hair at the front desk is very nice! If you need to come to Zhujiang New Town, you will still live here!

When I entered the hotel, the waiter greeted me politely and helped me carry my suitcase. Because I had a lot of luggage, I also took the initiative to hand me a bottle of water because I happened to be thirsty. These actions were very heartwarming and my service attitude really impressed me, because I came here early and was a bit tired. The room was not ready for check-in yet. The front desk staff took the initiative to upgrade me to a room type (zero-pressure room). After checking in, the staff helped me carry my suitcase and sent me to the room. The room was clean and hygienic. There is no odor, the zero-pressure bed is very comfortable to sleep on, and the room layout and equipment are quite new. There are nearly 30 types of breakfast, including boiled, steamed, fried, stir-fried, and hot milk and freshly ground soy milk, all suitable for my taste buds. The hotel has a strategic location, convenient transportation, and rich surrounding attractions and commercial facilities, providing us with a convenient travel experience. We will come back if necessary in the future.

The hotel design is good and the location is good, but the hotel facilities are indeed poor. I stayed in a room with a living room, and the window in the bedroom couldn't be closed. It’s 8 degrees outside in Guangzhou, the windows can’t be closed, and the room is freezing cold. There are two toilets in the room. The one outside has a toilet and the one inside has a shower. Not sure why bath towels and hand towels are left outside the bathroom. You can't take a shower outside. After taking a shower in the bathroom inside, I was freezing and had to walk across the entire room to get a bath towel. The bathroom inside is also very small, and the place where clothes are hung will definitely get them wet. The most annoying thing is the whole-house intelligence. To be honest, it’s not intelligent at all, it’s pretty stupid. It was very cold and the window couldn't be closed. He kept opening the curtains for me. I accidentally turned off all the lights in the house. The heating didn't work at all all night and I woke up twice from the cold. Parking is very cheap, which is good in the city.

This hotel was in a mostly convenient location. Our window faced Canton Tower and river. That was really beautiful at night time. The hotel is just a bit old and outdated . The TV didn’t really work well and the toilet made noise all night . I did enjoy my stay but not sure I’d stay again. However, the staff was quite pleasant. Especially the door men. The amenities are nice but I was told I have to put a swimming cap on to use the pool which was a bit off putting. So I didnt use it. Nice park and walking area surrounding the hotel as well. I’d recommend this hotel for maybe an older crowd like for if my Grandma were to go on this trip with me.
