Great value for money, super clean, comforable bed, beautiful river view from hotel room. Need to specific mention this hotel have very amazing, friendly and helpful staffs. (We left a wifi egg with charger behind and they gave it to us immediately when we check out!!) Walking distance to eateries and river cruise at the pier. Stay for 2 nights in this hotel, just a bit disappointed coz can't go to the rooftop bar due to events on both nights. Also need to mention elderly need to be very careful when using the shower room of the hotel coz their floor are made of marble. It can be a bit slippery. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel and will come back next time. We had a wonderful time here, thank you very much.

It was very considerate. The hotel has a great location and the decoration is elegant and dignified. We are traveling. The station in front of the hotel is connected in all directions. We can reach many famous attractions without even needing a subway. The room is designed according to the specifications of a hotel apartment, and is equipped with a washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. I live in a suite, and the washing machine has a drying function. In Guangzhou, which is hot and hot, it is very convenient for me, who has to wash and dry clothes every day. The hairdryer is from Dyson, and the room is thoughtfully equipped with electric mosquito coils and a steam ironing machine. You can feel that the staff want to make guests feel at home. The biggest hotel I’ve stayed in Guangzhou. Was very happy to see the huge room with a separate living area, bathtub, separate shower and toilet. Then the leakage happened. What a shame, don’t know why there is a flood whenever we use the shower. The bathtub, toilet area and sink area is fine, but the water will flood most of the toilet floor after shower, and the worst is there will be a foul smell that comes after. Shower room is just next to the beds, so we ensure the shower door is shut when we sleep to keep the smell away. Other than the shower mishap, everything is perfect, I was surprised to see they even have different charging lines near the dresser and the tv area, very thoughtful!Location is the best, shopping plaza just across the road with a delicious dim sum restaurant on the 2nd floor, be sure to go early, I reached close to 11am and que for almost an hour to get a seat. The super market in the shopping plaza is expensive but the bread offers buy 2 free 1 if you go after 8pm, the bread is so tasty, I brought back to sg and ate for 2 days it still taste very good. Bought kiwis and persimmon back to sg and both taste very good as well. Subway is just 3 mins away and easily to get taxis from the hotel or from the roadside. Walk about 30 mins to qing hui yuan, one of the famous garden in Guangzhou, visit the huang fei hong and ye wen gallery. Take the subway 2 stops to Beijing bu xing jie, plenty of shops and vibrant place, it’s a must go. Really love the location of this old hotel, so convenient and surrounded by shopping and eateries, just need to make sure to have a shower room that doesn’t leak.

The location is excellent. Restaurants food are good with variety. The cleaning needs to improve as I told the cleaner the bed had yogurt sour smell, she didn’t change the quilt cover and bed sheet, only did easy job-changed the pillow covers. At night I couldn’t sleep because of the smell. Then I rang the service and told them the situation. They sent 2 room service ladies and changed the bed sheets and quilt covers straight away.

It was great to be able to make last minute cancellations due to changes in travel plans. The hotel reservations comes with fee breakfast making it convenient. The downside to this hotel is that it is located on level 5 and the only access is through the lift. It gets crowded during peak periods and the wait for the lift can be rather long. Hope that there is ample escape routes in the vent of fire. Nice lounge area.

All the receptionist on duty are very helpful and so it’s the cleaning staff When my room air con suddenly default , they immediately change my room which is much appreciated. The only uncomfortable issue is the lif is shared by other tenants in the same building therefore it’s better to ask the staff to accompany if you are single lady travelling . Another issue is the gym room is really minimal equipment and located at another floor which they didn’t on the light at all except the gym room and the maintenance office which is quiet eerie when I went there to have a look. Water pressure is good and even better than some 5 star hotels in Europe .

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here — the construction during the period only affected us on our first day (cleaning of windows). It was the NYE/New Year’s period and the Beijing Road area was always bustling and crowded but the security here did their jobs well. The room facilities are also new and clean. Only downside was the hdmi port of the TV wasn’t really accessible, but Apple TV casting could be used. The security was also friendly to us as we had some parcels throughout our stay. Oh and, Mcdonalds and Chagee (and many other malls) are located right beside the hotel — score!

(+) - Smart room (Voice control lighting and curtain) with projector, able to chill and watch movies/shows at night - Heated toilet bowl (with bidet etc), great for cold season - excellent location - space is on the smaller side but good for couples with 1 medium and 1 cabin size luggage (-) - First thing first, CIGARETTE smell on day 1 check-in. Not sure if is from the previous guest, but I can still smell a hint of it until the next morning. There is a smoke detector but it is covered with paper and scotch tape, not sure who did that. Quite disturbing for me who doesn't smoke. - Overall cleanliness should be improved, there are bottles and tissue under the clothing rack, with dusty corners. - Lift is shared with others (level 2 and 3 was escape room and something else, couldn't remember exactly). But card access is needed for the hotel level.

I checked in during the trade fair and there were a lot more people than usual. The good thing is that the location is very close to the Beijing Road business district and is very convenient. The room is very clean and the management is acceptable. There are no insect problems that others have mentioned. There is a dedicated person to take care of the room every day. Customers can respond quickly when communicating via WeChat. It is easy to find a dedicated person to help. About 10 minutes is acceptable. This hotel is located at a plaza but has only 2 levels (level 3 and 4). Although the reception area is not impressive, the rooms were excellent. The twin bedded room that we stayed in were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. They even provide a humidifier unit in the room. The air-condition were excellent and the bath water pressure were strong. There's even piped music which you can control (located next to the hair dryer socket). Excellent service with impetuous honesty: my wife left her handphone in the room after we checked out and only realised 5 hours later. We went back to the reception and they duly kept it safe for us to collect. Kudos to the cleaning staff. Location is great as it is walking distance to Beijing Lu (shopping street) and also to the cruise wharf. For those who commute using the metro, it is located near Haizhu Square stop.

Room is very spacious, projection TV is great. However I felt if a Queen bed instead of King bed is used, would give a bit more walking space around the bed. Cleaning staff and check in staff are friendly and helpful. 2 in 1 Washer n Dryer is useful but needs to look into maintenance. It was dirty inside the drum. I ran a tub clean function and wiped down the washer door and seal. I then let it dry for a day before using.

We travel 6-7 times every year and stay in many hotels! Dianping: You have your temper and sister’s domineering attitude. My wife’s review number is V8! The first day’s stay was not bad, so she gave your home 🈵 points in Dianping! We have known each other for 6 years and been married for 3 years. We have eaten, drank and played in 1,749 stores. We booked back to back. Because I snore while sleeping with my wife in my arms, we booked separate beds to sleep on the 3rd floor. The front desk made reservations and checked out on the 3rd floor. It was quite noisy. Someone played music at 6:45 in the morning on the 14th. My mother has never seen such a person. The front desk didn’t mean to stop it. You can play it at 8 o’clock. You don’t consider others when you get up. People are really selfish nowadays. It can be said that if you don’t install Xiaodu There is also no condition to play music so loudly, because the decibels cannot reach this high if played on a mobile phone. I really couldn't stand it and discussed moving to the 7th floor but it showed 2014 instead of 7014. It was so unlucky that the TV was super loud at midnight in 2013. I contacted the front desk to discuss turning it down. Then I heard a call from the front desk saying what 2013 said. Let's listen here.
