First of all, I would like to praise all the service staff, especially the duty manager Peter, who communicated with me about the housing needs before my mother and I checked in, fully understood the core needs of the residents, and made arrangements that moved the customers. It was very considerate. The hotel has a great location and the decoration is elegant and dignified. We are traveling. The station in front of the hotel is connected in all directions. We can reach many famous attractions without even needing a subway. The room is designed according to the specifications of a hotel apartment, and is equipped with a washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. I live in a suite, and the washing machine has a drying function. In Guangzhou, which is hot and hot, it is very convenient for me, who has to wash and dry clothes every day. The hairdryer is from Dyson, and the room is thoughtfully equipped with electric mosquito coils and a steam ironing machine. You can feel that the staff want to make guests feel at home. There are plenty of USB charging sockets in the room, which is convenient and user-friendly. There is PILLOW MENU where you can choose the pillow that suits you. The housekeeping staff even found out that I drink coffee every day, so they put some extra coffee capsules in the bag so that I could drink it with peace of mind😀 Although the hotel's catering is not yet complete, the scenery is almost non-existent, and the young service staff's response is a bit ****y. But you can feel the attitude of the other party trying to provide good service. In addition, the old central location just across the road from Beiyuan Restaurant can definitely be a reason to stay here again next time.

We stayed for 2 nights here. We got a smart room where we do not have to use the key card to activate the room's electricity. However, it took us sometime to figure out how and with the help of the staff. The staffs are very friendly and seems like it is run by young people. The toilet in the room is also very strange, not the typical toilet. The glass door is shared between the toilet and the shower screen. The basin is located at the bed area. I personally do not like the toilet. It is also a street away from the Beijing Road walking street and many eateries around the vicinity. The hotel breakfast were also good although its the same menu for the 2nights we're there. They even provide supper (i.e fruits and maggie noodles). For breakfast menu, do try the noodles soup and soy bean drink. The only downside to this hotel is its soundproofing. If your room is facing the streets, be prepared that it gets very noisy even past 10pm at night. There's even loud music coming off from the push carts downstairs. Suggest to get ear plugs from the reception if you're a light sleeper. It took me sometime to get used to the sound and sleep through the noise. I will only recommend this hotel if you're planning to spend more time at Beijing Road walking street. Or if you like the bustling night life.

A very good experience and a very cost-effective B&B! I have to write down my feelings carefully😁😁😁 🌿 Environment: clean, elegant, tidy, warm, and new facilities! There is a faint hotel-like aroma when you enter the room. 🌺 During the New Year, whether in the room or in the corridor of a public place, the small balcony will make people feel the atmosphere of the New Year🌸The owner should be a person who knows how to live. The B&B is in a residential area with smoke and smoke, so we girls feel very safe and secure❤️. What I like most is that there is a large terrace with complete tables and chairs. You can bring your own snacks when no one is around, watch the moon at night, drink wine and chat, and enjoy the warm and humid breeze of Guangzhou. 🛀🏻 Facilities: New! clean! I'm picky about beds 🛏️ and bathrooms 🚻, and they suit my needs perfectly. Washing machines, refrigerators, microwaves, etc. are all available, and it feels like home. 🚗 Transportation: The subway station 🚇 is just a few minutes’ walk away. It’s very convenient. You can walk to the busiest Beijing Road in Guangzhou. I like the B&Bs in residential areas that are both prosperous and quiet. It’s not far to take a walk to Tianzi Wharf on Yanjiang Road to watch the Pearl River Night Cruise. ❤️ The landlord of the B&B is a kind old lady👵🏻. The management is friendly and organized. There is a password lock downstairs for easy access, which is very worry-free. 🍜 There are many delicious restaurants in Guangzhou near the residential area. When you wake up in the morning, you must not miss the fireworks of Guangzhou breakfast. We recommend the egg tart shop diagonally across the road to eat Guangzhou’s authentic rice rolls and beef three-star soup. The only slight drawback is taking the stairs. Fortunately, the floor is not high. For us women, it is only a matter of a few minutes. The overall comfort of the room! And great value for money! Neat and clean! More important to us! A very satisfying stay experience. I will definitely come back when I come to Guangzhou😃

Environment: There are many people on Beijing Road, but this street is very quiet, there are schools, and the walls are painted very beautifully, the cafe is very comfortable. Facilities: Come in the public area on the second floor and have a cultural scope. If you see a kitchen or something, you should be able to heat up your food. You don't go in and take a closer look. Service: You can enter the room at two o'clock, and you can store your luggage before the front desk. The front desk service was good and the room was upgraded. Hygienic: The overall look is very clean, but a closer look will find that the window sill and bathroom door may have small defects in some places, and the problem is not big. The heating is not as warm as the hotel I stayed in before, this may need to be improved.

Living with friends, it was really good. At first, I thought it was in the pit, but it was very clean. There were dryers and washing machines. Although we were useless, we helped others get a few clothes. Slippers are not disposable, there are about five or six pairs of slippers. There is one toilet, one shower (no place to put clothes, just because we didn't use the sink, we put the laundry on the clean table. Then the door is a bit small, but there is a shower curtain inside, you can pull it up when you take a shower) The facilities are also very smart, but because I stayed for one night, So I didn't fully understand it. There is a skylight that can be opened, but we just opened it and closed it. The door is smart. When you want to close the door when you leave, you may encounter the situation where the lock is punched out. You can put it away and close it after pressing the secret. The books in the room on the second floor are real books, not fake. There are two rooms on the third floor, the bed is quite soft, and each room has air conditioning. Except for the wash cup, there is no other cup for drinking water. It may be used up for the people in front. We bought a disposable cup for drinking water in the nearby supermarket. There is a refrigerator in the living room, and we also left a cup of milk tea that no one drinks in it. There is no trash can (there is a toilet, there is a small kitchen), there is a storage box in the room, you can set a garbage bag, but we are useless, just take the garbage bag and put it away. But we have garbage bags ourselves, so it's okay. My friend likes this style very much, saying that I will live here next time I come to play!

The location is excellent, the traffic is very convenient to go anywhere, the bus is next to it, the subway is more than ten minutes walk, Beijing Road is next to it, the room is not too big, the health is OK, although it can not be opened. The service is good, responsive, after check-out, the driving time from the train is still long, and the free storage is also available.

Location: Excellent, walk two to three hundred meters to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. Not far away, you can walk to Tianzi Wharf, visit the Pearl River at night, and see the Canton Tower Facilities: complete, family mart and Ruixing coffee are located downstairs Hygiene: Hygiene is very clean, no musty smell Value for money, highly recommended

The room is very spacious, three big and two small ones can live well, the facilities and equipment in the room are also very complete, there are many shops downstairs, it is very convenient to eat, next door is the Big Buddha Temple, the Nanyue King scenic spot, and the Pearl River Night Tour is very close, so it is convenient to travel. This is actually an international hotel, there are many foreigners, Ah San, Bangzi, and Yue monkeys. It really is an international apartment! But I'm not used to it, haha
