Comfortable location, right above the shopping center, around a lot of cafes. Until the metro 10 minutes, very convenient. Good price ratio - quality. The room was clean but mainly surface (trash under bed, on the closet). The couch was dirty and the shower was under the washing machine. There was a washing machine, working condition, air conditioner, refrigerator, electric teapot. The pets are attached) from where they come from, the room was on the 20th floor. If you ask to clean the room better, they will clean it without problems. Everything was like except the cockroaches.

For Guangzhou in July, no air conditioning was simply tormenting. I don’t want to go out on such a hot day. I can stay in the hotel. The apartment electricity bill is expensive. It is a bit disgusting to not turn on the air conditioner because it is expensive. In order to save the electricity bill, it is a bit disgusting for our customers to bear these crimes.
