Booked a duplex loft (bed for 4) for a family holiday and am pleasantly pleased with the cleanliness of the room. There's housekeeping everyday too just in case it's not mentioned anywhere. I was a bit apprehensive at first because there were negative reviews about the hygiene of the room but it turned out to be perfectly fine in the end. No problem with a late check in (3am) as there's 24 hours front desk service. Hotel staff are helpful too. Take note that the taxi won't drop you off right in front of the building, you need to make a 20m walk to reach the lobby. Location was superb with a 5 min walk to reach the local metro and it's also near the big malls like TianHe and Grandview malls. For joggers looking for a motning jog, it's also beside a local park, Zhu Jiang park! Overall, definitely a pleasant stay at this apartment hotel.

I stayed at 225. The room is neat and clean, the interior space is spacious and bright, and the decoration is relatively luxurious and generous. The service attitude at the front desk is very warm and thoughtful, and the cleaning staff will change the garbage every day.

The hotel is located within 4-5 mins (350 meters) walking distance to subway, quite convenient but a little far for those who lazy walking like me. 😄 Hotel is newly renovated and have all amenities you want, only one thing disadvantage for me there’s no rinsing spray in toilet. But very clean and the room has enough space to put two huge luggages. Breakfast is delicious. American and Chinese styles. The service is great, the reception may not speak English well but willing to help, my flight is overnight and I need to check-in early morning, staff helps us all. Next time we visit here will come back again.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, the room is small but clean, fragrant. The equipment is not perfect, but it is very good. Although I was a bit bothered because the check-out time was at 14:00, when I went out and comeback before 11am, the room was locked and I couldn't enter, then I was packing before 13:00 when the service guys came in to claim the room. I think the hotel should review for better service.

The place was easy enough to find and the landlord or person we spoke to was extremely helpful. I loved the decor which was one of the reasons I booked this place. It was very clean and well kept. The apartment itself was quite for the most part but no sleeping in past 9 since construction in the surrounding area begins as well as some construction in a near by room. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would book here again next time I’m in town. The price is also reasonable.

The guy at the reception wasnt friendly, asked for deposit while this wasnt said in my vaucher or anywhere in description. He also didn’t speak English, so it took him long time to explain what he wants from me. It was quite cold outside (+7 degrees) and when I entered my room the balcony was open and it was cold inside as well:( Although in general the room was cozy, clean and nice.
