First of all, I would like to express my special thanks to Carl Liu Junpeng, the in-house butler. Because of his warm and considerate service, this little vacation trip was very happy. Mingquanju comes here because of its reputation, surrounded by mountains and rivers, and yearning for it. It was very pleasant to stand on the balcony of the lake view room and overlook the mountains and lakes. The only drawback was that there were no tables and chairs on the balcony. In order to enjoy tea, I moved the ones out of the room. The hotel has many antique furnishings, full of cultural atmosphere. I visited Tingyuxuan, the name is so artistic. Drinking tea here can truly enjoy the feeling of relaxation and the beauty of the tea ceremony. But remember to make a reservation in advance. The next morning, my husband and I walked for 2 kilometers around the Dajinzhong Lake. Not satisfied, we walked back and forth to the west gate of Baiyun Mountain. I felt that the air was fresh and full of negative ions. After I came back, I made a pot of tea on the balcony. Chatting is really a wonderful enjoyment. Lunch was at the Chinese restaurant, with refreshments and a la carte dishes. The food was very good, including cod cakes and marble yam jelly, which were very special. All pictures were taken by me in real-life situations, with chirping insects and birds and gurgling springs. This place is very suitable for people who like quiet and vacation.

The Element is well appointed, a picturesque hotel & convention center complex. The staff are helpfully & friendly. I had many meals at Marriott within the complex and the food is excellent & the chef as well as the kitchen team deserve much praise for their service. I would have liked to see at Element a washer & dryer facility for a long stay hotel brand just like they show on the website, but alas this Element did not offer such facility. For a new hotel many maintenance issues from doors broken, water leaking, mold, broken windows, just to name a few things that need to be addressed immediately. As the staff seem very concerned the management seems to be preoccupied with their own business and not the business of hotel operations and owner property protection. The attitude of management is “I am busy” therefore these small details are not of concern. But in fact it’s a complete reflection on poor management from the top. I hope management can make changes and improve the quality and efficiency of doing repairs maybe even have the proactive approach to maintaining the integrity of the property. I understand the property is new and the construction team is still working on their list of things that need replacing or repaired. They need to have a MOD on call 24/7 and available to come to address issues as they arise. Management needs to be a leader and coach to the staff. The staff are eager and looking to leadership for a good team environment. I hope management is willing to change their mindset and focus on the details because the details matter. Overhall I look forward to staying at the hotel and look forward to seeing the improvements unfold day by day.

The hotel has a great sense of design, but it is difficult to find due to road construction nearby. The sanitation of the hotel is okay, but the odor proofing of the sewers is not done well. The smell of sewers is everywhere. In addition, the circuit in the room was not done well, so it suddenly tripped. I was just using the hot water kettle provided by the hotel to cook some. There was water to drink, and no other electrical appliances were used. The circuit breaker tripped for no reason and I was speechless... It happened that the two children were taking a bath, so I had to let them move to another room naked... Although they were moved to another room, the children seemed to be frightened out of their psychological shadow. During the next trip, , always told me not to look for a hotel with power outages...~The most important thing is that the hotel owner actually has no emergency repair personnel, and can only provide room changes to solve the problem. I have considered the black and white hotel. How do I pack my luggage in this situation? Fortunately, the waiter was smart and didn't ask me to pack my things immediately. . . But it's also extremely inconvenient... because you have to run between two rooms to get things... The breakfast is not very good even if it is rich, and the coffee is made from instant coffee. . . The only items are sausages, bread and eggs. Children who add 130 for these items will be charged 38 more per person. . .

Overall, it was good. After staying for three days, Ctrip was much more expensive than offline. There is a bus stop right outside the door, and it is convenient to take a taxi. The hotel environment and services are okay, it is relatively quiet, and I slept better. Mainly because there is a free swimming pool, which is good for children to swim and play in. Adults can also exercise, and breakfast is okay. Disadvantages: When we checked in after three o'clock, the room had not been cleaned yet. We were still mopping the floor when we entered the room. We may have been in a hurry. There were no paper towels. We only found out when we needed them at night. We called the front desk to get them. Three people were staying. There are only two bottles of water and two sets of toiletries including towels and bath towels, but they will be replenished after telling the front desk. The service is not bad. The only thing that the front desk couldn't do was that the bath water was running hot and cold. I called the maintenance staff to check it, but they said there was nothing they could do. The weather was cooling down, so even a slight adjustment didn't work. They could only adjust the water flow to a small amount, which would not cause the problem when it was suddenly cold. too cold. In addition, since we stayed for four days and three nights, which was a long time, we put our things more casually. We put a do not disturb sign before going out. When we returned, we found that we still had to clean it. It was easy to wash it and dry it, and prepare it for three days. Towels were taken away. . . Overall, everything is good. I just wish I could respect the customer's requirements more.

Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center

The location is relatively remote in Guangzhou, close to Baiyun Mountain. But it's close to the meeting place, so I personally think the location is good. But it's not very close to the subway station, so it's easy to take a taxi in and out. The hotel is generally satisfactory in all aspects. The breakfast varieties are quite diverse, including Chinese and Western options. The only thing is that there are no fried eggs. Buildings 1 and 5 of the hotel are accommodation rooms, and buildings 2/3/4 are exhibition halls and conference halls. There are standard rooms in Building 1 and superior rooms in Building 5.

Life only lasts for more than 30,000 days, why not be kind to yourself, check in on New Year's Eve, work out in the hotel, drink coffee, watch the Spring Festival Gala, watch live fireworks, play games, take it easy, be grateful ☺️, I hope Marriott will get better and better, Happy New Year. Thank you to the staff for the warm reception during the Spring Festival. The room is also very clean. The smart toilet is very heart-warming. I will continue to experience it.

Four Points by Sheraton Guangzhou, Baiyun

The hotel was newly opened in 2023, so the hardware must be fine. The lobby is grand and the environment is very good. The W Marriott is opposite. The room is spacious, clean and hygienic. I particularly like the sink. It is long and very suitable for women. All kinds of cosmetics and toiletries can be lined up. Great! The amount of water in the bathroom is also very large, making it very comfortable to take a bath! Just outside the gate is the subway station. The transportation is very convenient and it is also very close to Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area. I will stay here next time if I have a chance!
