The environment is quite good, but the only downside is that there is a distance to the public hot springs and restaurants. The water is a real hot spring. The skin is slippery after soaking. I will go next time, but I will give priority to booking Buildings 7 and 9.

One of the famous hot spring resort hotels in Guangdong. When you come here, you will deeply understand the meaning of ”vacation”. Its hot spring service is really perfect. In addition to hot spring pools with various temperatures and various characteristics, the waiters Warm bath towels, waterproof mobile phone bags, non-slip slippers, etc. are also prepared for you. In addition, there are supporting services such as massage, ear picking, and catering, focusing on a leisurely vacation that brings physical and mental pleasure. The room is large in size, the bedding is comfortable, and the hygiene is well maintained. In particular, I would like to praise Xiao He at the front desk for her enthusiasm and courtesy. She took the initiative to help me coordinate and solve the children's hot spring and breakfast issues. I give her a big thumbs up👍🏻.

Facilities: The overall facilities are very good. It seems that if you have a private bath, you can't go down and use the public bath. Fortunately, the weather is very cold and the private bath is enough. Hygiene: Clean! We can satisfy those with mild mysophobia Environment: Mibu Village is nearby Service: Butler service is ok

Accommodation: OK. The hot spring pool water is not unlimited. It is available once a day. The breakfast buffet is OK, but there are too many people during the Spring Festival. If you go late, you have to queue up. Things to do: There are many attractions nearby, suitable for all ages, and there are many farmhouses. The food is not expensive, the portions are generous, and the roast chicken is delicious. Service: The service attitude at the front desk was very good. I missed something when I left. Thanks to Shimin at the front desk for her service. She contacted us in time and helped to send the express back.

This is the second time visiting this hotel and every time we have enjoyed our experience. The service is great and there are a few staff who speak English. If you need help they will be called. Easy fast check in, and we were shown to our room. There are a great variety of pools which are suitable for both adults and children. Its a very relaxing environment. There is a great variety of food in the restaurant, with efficient service. On our last day we were able to check out and still use the hotsprings for a few more hours. It would be good if there was more healthy selection of breakfast cereals, as well as the treats but really everything was fantastic. We will come again!
