Baiyun Tonghe and Longdong area
The hotel is located in the botanical garden. The entrance to the lobby is hidden in the path, which cleverly separates tourists and guests. This is a good design~ The room faces the lake and cypress trees, which makes people feel relaxed and happy. The room is a bit small and compact, but it has all the necessary facilities. The hotel's service is excellent. After booking, the hotel will proactively contact us, and the housekeeper also proactively informed us that there will be a wedding event on the day of check-in, and arranged a relatively quiet room according to our needs. After check-in, we were not affected by the event. It was very quiet and nice. We came here to celebrate a birthday, and the hotel arranged and prepared it very thoughtfully. The birthday boy said he was very satisfied, haha~ It’s just not easy to find those 3 plants... I went there on Saturday. With this kind of environment, service and package content, the price/performance ratio is pretty good. I’ll go there next time when the cypress trees are red.

This hotel is very good. The service attitude of the 99 employee is very thoughtful and warm. The room is spacious and bright, with all the facilities and equipment, as well as a desk and attitude. The WiFi is very smooth, the air conditioning and heating effect are very good, and the bed is comfortable and soft. I was able to enjoy a good sleep. The hotel also provides a rich buffet breakfast and various leisure facilities. The laundry room and gym also have robots that deliver goods. It is very convenient. The environment is very beautiful and quiet. It is close to South China Normal University and Jinan University. It is worth recommending.

The aunt cleaned very cleanly. I stayed for two consecutive days. The dirty aunt will help clean it. The handsome guy at the front desk will also send the water door. The service is particularly friendly. There are questions and answers. The facilities are complete. A few hundred hotels are more than it is.

I have stayed in this hotel for many years, it is overdue for an overhaul renovation or upgrading needs to be done for the common areas and rooms. It is way too old and things are the same since my first stay in 2004. It is 19 years and still this hotel remains the same. I stayed here is because it is a central location for food and subway, etc. There are new hotels nearby in which are cheaper. Perhaps, this will be my last stay.

It was a surprise to get a free upgrade when checking in the hotel, after searching thru WeChat proposed hotel, noted that I was paying 100++ CNY more for the deluxe room! When going up the hotel, the corridor was dark and the spoilt bulb wasn’t replaced. Things get more challenging was the bathroom water was so milky this morning which I couldn’t use it to shower nor washing my face. This is also the time when I was rushing to board my flight!
