Positive: Location is excellent. Convenient link to public transport. Huge shopping mall nearby. Clean interiors with good design. Rooms cleaned daily. Very comfortable linens. Cool sound system which allows you to play music in the shower and main room. No sound from adjacent rooms. No bad smell or smoking in corridors. Negative: No power from 9:00am to 5:00pm on last day which made it very difficult to pack. Elevator was also out of use so staff had to help drag a heavy suitcase downstairs. No breakfast offered. Sound from car park area was very loud - obviously not the hotels fault but there was a lot of shouting from outside most evenings and early mornings. Wifi cut out on the evening of second night meaning the TV didn’t work - staff told us it was because the Wifi couldn’t be used through the TV even though it had been fine for the past day and a half (and was then again okay the next evening) AND we had no wifi on our phones. Excuses, excuses. Staff immediately asked me for a covid test upon check in when seeing I am a foreigner - they didn’t ask any Chinese nationals (I was traveling with a Chinese National) and it was not stated upon booking that test results were necessary for check in. Finally, after realizing I hadn’t left China since 2019, they said a test result was not necessary. I understand and comply with all measures for prevention the pandemic, but I do not agree with only singling out foreigners. Ask everyone or ask no one.

I had a busy day and and needed a nice convenient place to get some rest. The rooms are small but efficient. One of the nicer amenities was a USB cord with multiple connections on the other end, and a convenient electric panel next to bed. I was able to recharge multiple devices at once.

The hotel is in a good location, with a lot of local restaurants around (Canton food is one of the best of China). Room was perfect, like bed and pillow. Price difficult to judge because Canton Fair. I will be back in the future.

The location is very convenient, with many places to eat around. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and even upgraded me to a suite, which was a big thumbs up 👍. The room facilities are new and quiet. The service is very warm. The heating in the room is already turned on when you enter, the lights are automatically turned on, and the temperature of the smart toilet is comfortable in winter. The breakfast was relatively ordinary, and I was in a good mood. However, I met a waitress who was indifferent throughout the breakfast and ignored my questions. It was the first time I met such a waitress. If you don't like it, you don't have to do it. It makes people uncomfortable.

When I came to Guangzhou before, I stayed in Linhexi and I was familiar with it. When I was looking for a hotel this time, I found that a new one had opened here and the price was right, so I wanted to stay and try it out. The International Trade Center is on the left after exit A of Linhexi Subway Station. The front desk is on the first floor and the hotel is on the sixth floor. The transportation is really convenient. Not only is there a subway station downstairs, but there is also a bus station next to it. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It is just a stop away from the airport on Line 3. The service attitude is good and the sanitation is also good. The selected bright room is more than 20 square meters and has everything you need. It was the marble wall on the glass side of the washbasin that leaked. When I first moved in and entered the room, I put my makeup bag on the countertop and it got wet inside and out. Later, I asked the cleaning lady and she said that this problem did exist. All in all, it was a successful new hotel experience. I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Guangzhou.

Facilities: The facilities are very complete. If I need a small toilet seat to take care of my children, the boss even bought me a new one. I also got all the extra quilts I needed. Hygiene: Good hygiene and very clean. Environment: It is a mixed-use hotel, but there is no noise in the room and it is very quiet to sleep at night. Although it's very close to the subway, it's only a minute's walk away, but Line 3 is really dead, so we still take a taxi when we go out, and it's very cheap. I travel all year round. This is the best homestay I have ever stayed in. The transportation is super convenient. The community and rooms are very quiet. Every morning, I can hear the sound of birds singing. The security guards are responsible and polite. At the intersection of Lines 3 and 1, the airport and Guangzhou East Railway Station do not need to be replaced with direct access to Tiyu West Road. From Exit E, go straight underground to Exit 7 to the gate of the community. APM to the Guangzhou Tower and the museum does not need to be replaced. It is not far from the sports center and get on the bus directly. The surrounding area of the homestay is a shopping center. Opposite the community is the book shopping center. The dining upstairs is complete. There are two restaurants open 24 hours on the right side of the book shopping center. Two rooms and two bathrooms are very suitable for a family to travel. The bath water is large and the water is fast. There is a washing machine and the balcony can also dry clothes. It is much more convenient than the hotel. The boss communicates smoothly, has a good temper and a good personality! ! Toiletries are recommended to bring your own, so it will feel more at home, hahaha

續住哈哈。 因為真的很棒哦。 應該是住過的最舒服的一次民宿了。房子和圖片一樣好看哦，而且乾淨舒服，被房東的擴香香薰味道種草。周邊環境很棒，無論購物還是出行都很方便。在廣州的商圈或者體育西附近有性價比如此高的民宿真的太amazing了。再誇誇房東小姐姐，雖然沒有見過麪但是聽聲音是個可愛貼心的妹子，超nice超溫柔，愛了愛了。下次來廣州還會選擇的。
