The airport floor would have been softer than those beds. It’s clean but uncomfortable and a staff member unlocked and came into my room without knocking an hour before checkout time… I was in the middle get getting changed. Wouldn’t recommend, toilet cistern also had a leak so hissed all night.

1. Someone knocked on the door at 9 a.m. saying they needed cleaning. At 10 a.m., someone knocked again asking if I wanted something from the mini bar. At 11 a.m., they called again saying they'd check out at 12 p.m. 2. Renovations started at 9 a.m., and there was no compensation. 3. On the morning of check-in, the female receptionist was very rude and impatient. Everyone else was fine. Cleanliness was okay.

Super well located hotel, with a good gym, clean and a delicious breakfast, although not very varied. Points for improvement: quality of bed and bath linen (very fine towels and sheets).

Recently renovated, quick and easy check in and check out. Full breakfast. I recommend it and I will come back more often

There were small bugs in the room, and they even bit people.

Not bad, close to the airport, with shuttle bus, breakfast is OK, suitable for continuous travel, I booked it for the second time. Although the room is small, the bedding is very comfortable, so I booked it for the second time.

The hotel is very good, I will definitely be back again. The service is of extreme quality, as well as the facilities are very clean and fragrant.

Para mim super funcionou,eu cheguei no aeroporto de uma longa viagem vindo de Macau e precisava de um lugar para passar a noite,descansar antes de seguir viagem pelas rodovias do Brasil. Quarto pequeno porém cômodo e reformado, o problema foram as janelas pequenas do banheiro e do quarto que eu me hospedei,mas de qualquer maneira foi uma boa experiência. Com um transfer muito bom e o café da manhã também. É um hotel ótimo para quem têm viagens do Aeroporto de Guarulhos.

Atendimento excelente..somente fiquei chateado porque perdi o transfer.. O senhor ( motorista) não explica aonde devemos esperar e não faz a chamada em voz alta.. A Recepção não cuida deste programa..acredito eu!! Mas no final, deu tudo certo! Fui com meu carro mesmo.

Ótimo estadia para conexões de voo, oferencendo o transfer até o aeroporto!

每次出差都住，靠近國際機場，有大巴車。出行方便，早餐豐富，酒店新裝修了，很不錯

總體感覺還行，和國內同等價位不能比！
