After comparing the official website and Ctrip, I think Ctrip booking is done in seconds.
The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and the room is very clean.
The only thing to complain about is that the front desk is on the top floor instead of the first floor. We arrived at around 9pm, and there was no staff downstairs to help with luggage...
The location is in the city center, and it is very convenient to go to the airport.
Go downstairs and turn the corner to the church square, where there are many delicious foods. Find an open-air location in the evening, it is very photogenic.

Booked there for my team and myself on business trip. I'm so disapointed and upset about my stay here. I had to leave the hotel earlier than expected and front desk have not been able to get my laundry back before my departure despite I've warned them 6 hours in advance. I've asked to ship my laundry ASAP so I can catch up on my following step in Brazil, they agreed and then I never got any follow up and reply. Now I'm back in France, I've been able able to reach them and they only offer to make it available in front desk and don't reply anymore to my messages...OMG it's so poor service level, not what I expect from Marriott which I'm used to choose especially in case I need international standard back up. if you add the room was very noisy with no isolation from slamming door at 5.30AM, strong noise coming the fridge and another source i've not been able to locate, no room service after 11pm...and 200 euros of clothes lost. never Marriott again whatever the country.

Stayed one night, because I wanted to be close to the airport for my departure, after being in Antigua. I wanted to experience Cuidad Cayala and the location was ideal as it’s literally outside the hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a variety of wonderful choices.

We arrive and there was no soap in the room, the telephone was not working; we asked for extra pillows and blankets and took two calls from our cel phone and 3 hours later finally where delivered.

Site is ok. We have been at other Marriot and this does not reflect the quality or service. Restaurant is quite limited. Rooms are not nice. There were some issues with cleanliness and internet. The experience was not worth it. I don't think we'll come back.

The hotel was just ok… i stayed here just because is in Catalan City and was my only option. I think this hotel is average, no room service, food in the bar area was “ok” I prefer to walk around Cayala cause there are a lot restaurants.
