The B & B Hotel Kingersheim has very clean rooms with flat-screen TV and air conditioning or heating. The bed was also very clean and comfortable. The rooms can only be entered with one key card and are therefore very safe. There was nothing to make at the cleanliness of the sanitation facilities. It was all very clean. The staff was very nice and friendly and helpful; however, speaks very little English. Breakfast was rich and very delicious. Very beautiful and clean breakfast room. However, breakfast is only served very late. Small stay at the reception is also available. The hotel is located directly in a commercial area and has super connection to the highway. The hotel does not reach attractions, museums, churches, city centre etc... but public transport (bus) is nearby. Several supermarkets such as Aldi and Lidl, also a BurgerKing and a baker are near the hotel or can be reached on foot. The hotel also includes a very large, free parking for cars and buses. The parking lot can also be closed by a large gate at night. The reception also includes several coffee and drinks and sweet machines. Credit card payment is possible everywhere. No 24Stunden Reception. But hotel can be entered outside the opening hours with the key card or code. There is no seat available. I would stay there again if I am near Mulhouse. Very recommended hotel with all the facilities.

Petit séjour dans cet établissement après les fêtes de Noël pour profiter des quelques marchés qui restent encore en Alsace. L'hôtel est facile à trouver. Le grand parking est pratique et nous n'avons jamais peiné à trouver de la place. Le personnel est accueillant et très serviable. Les chambres : concept un peu vieillissant avec qualité de la literie moyenne, insonorisation plus que faible -une petite pancarte pour rappeler le silence à respecter dans les couloirs serait peut être utile pour recadrer les clients négligents- L'espace est petit (2 adultes et un enfant sur lit d'appoint grand max) mais il y a ce qu'il faut et surtout je tiens à souligner la propreté : bravo à l'équipe du personnel des étages, rien à dire! Un chauffage individuel est présent dans la chambre, plutôt bien et efficace. Le linge de salle de bain est fourni, tout comme le gel douche. (+séche cheveux dans la chambre vers le bureau) Le petit déjeuner est correct : une spécialité locale et quelques fruits frais auraient été bienvenue mais sucrés, salés... un petit choix qui permet de se restaurer. Distributeur automatique dans le hall (boissons, grignotage et produits d'hygiène). Nous avons globalement passé un bon séjour dans cet établissement.

Lovely hotel with friendly welcoming staff. We had two nights stay and were offered to upgrade our room into the main part of the hotel for a small additional charge which was appreciated and very nice. The views over the hills and vineyards were wonderful and the garden area with fountain and outside seating was charming. It had a very relaxed feel overall, a real holiday getaway, and the pool was perfect at the end of a hot day. If you want everything modern this won't be for you but if you want to stay in a historic chateau right in the heart of beautiful Alsatian vineyards you won't be disappointed. We will definitely come back again.

The hotel is conveniently located about 20 minutes drive from Basel Airport. Hotel environment is quiet, free WiFi, free parking, hotel price is cheaper than other ibis hotels, breakfast is similar to other European hotel chains, but in addition to breakfast, there is dinner supply, is a good choice for business trips. Within 2km of the hotel, there are Chinese-run buffet restaurants such as planet wok, McDonald's, KFC and other fast food restaurants.

We booked for one night, a stopover on our trip to Italy. The receptionist was friendly and professional. We got the key to our room across the road. When we entered the room, it looked fine but there was a bad smell in the room. We didn't bring the luggage into the room but went back to the recption and told the receptionist about the smell. She immediately gave us a room in the main building which was perfect. We went out for dinner to a restaurant but that had closed due to Covid. So we came back to our hotel and had our dinner there. Even though we had not reserved we got seated straight away. The waiter was very friendly and attentive and the food was much better than we expected. Altogether a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.
