"Buenísima ubicación, habitación muy limpia aunque un poco pequeña, al tirar la cadena del wc es un poco ruidosa. Los días que estuvimos no funcionaba muy bien el ascensor, y subíamos al 3° por las escaleras. Te ponen café a tu disposición en la recepción.
Muy amables en todo momento, dan información y recomendaciones de lugares que visitar. Repetiremos seguro. Recomendable!!"

"The hotel was very comfortable, both for staff, facilities and location. The staff was very friendly and informed us well of all the service they counted on. The room was clean, warm and everything worked properly. The only defect was that in the shower mampara the water was filtered a little and a little attached. I had to go carefully not to overflow out.
We don't pay for any meal, but your service has a community kitchen with free coffee, tea and drinks.
The hotel is located in the centre of the city, close to all the important monuments.
I recommend 100% if you look for something good and cheap"

"Super location in the historic center on a pedestrian street best restaurants,shopping, cathedral and walking distance to sights. Excellent tourist help from the staff with lots of advice and help offered. Everything was clean, hotel was quiet, good bed, plentiful of water. There are a lot of stairs but the staff will carry your bag for you and Reception closes at 4PM."

EExplorettaI was very surprised by this accommodation, as it was not what I expected. Such a pleasant stay. 1 night en route to the south of Spain so location was great for the travelling, just a few kilometres off the main autoroute but also in a small, peaceful town. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms were comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel was clean and well run. The breakfast was standard but included in the room rate. The accommodation is really good value for money and the pool is a lovely extra added bonus.
My only suggestions for improvements would be that it would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The biggest attraction to this place appears to be the restaurant and when I arrived that was very busy and I would have liked to eat here as there are not many restaurants around, but being vegetarian, I didn’t find much option on the menu, however there is a pizza take away on site just to the rear so that was very handy for us

The hotel is old, and the beds are small, but everything is very clean and has everything you need to rest and feel good. If you're looking for a clean, affordable hotel in the city center to sleep in after a long day of walking, visiting the city, its bars, and monuments, this is the hotel for you. I would definitely return.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located right in Granada city center. A taxi from the bus station to the hotel costs 5-6 euros. If you're heading to the airport, there's a nearby stop for the airport shuttle, which is 3.2 euros per person. Bus C34 stops right outside the hotel and takes you to the attractions. In Granada, the main way to get around is via the C30, C32, and C34 mini-bus routes.
**Cleanliness:** The room had a strong disinfectant smell.
**Security:** You need to confirm the front desk's operating hours in advance, as it's not 24/7. The hotel will send an email beforehand with directions and ask for your arrival time. If the front desk isn't open when you arrive, the manager of the shop next door will help you check in.

There was a fridge and coffee machine provided in the room and some refreshments already provided for free.
Sometimes I could hear the music from other rooms through the wall. The was some construction project in the street on the time of my travel which might not be pleasant for some people.
Overall, it worth the money and I will go there again if I visit Granada again.

OOleTClean. Location is very convenient. There is a drinking machine in the hall, it turned out to be very useful for me, as I was wet under the rain and was able to buy hot water for tea. Accordingly, all drinks and water are not free. On this all the benefits. Disappointed the look. I expected that you could go out to the balcony. In fact, the balcony goes out into the inner courtyard to the neighboring windows and the air conditioner box, so even the curtains don't open. Not too friendly staff met at the reception desk. For a short stay it is normal if only to stay in the room
