Pool and beach are all excellent. But limited choice for restaurants, and some staffs treat Asian people drastically different from white people, obviously racist. The position is not optimal for sure, but tolerable if you do not plan to go out. The room had a strong musty smell, even during the whole night. 徒有虚表。

We had a very enjoyable stay in Ritz Carlton, from our check in to check out. Friendly helpful staff, room very comfortable with all necessary amenities . Room serviced twice a day with very helpful staff. Staff in breakfast dinning room working very hard ensuring no one waiting very long for table. Excellent choices for breakfast. Nice bar and made good cocktails. Pool area had adequate beds and pool attendants ensured towels were made available. Noticed paint around pool needed attention and looked worn looking. I left my phone behind me at pool and through the find my phone app was able to trace it to security with the help of check in staff. All in all a good impression of our short stay in Ritz Carlton.

Beautiful hotel but super expensive when here. There are no real alternative places to eat or shop etc so you're a bit stuck. We ended up taking the public bus because the taxis were so expensive and eating in San Juan which is lovely. Lovely place to relax though.

It is true that the location is a bit far from the city/attractions, but this is not a big problem. The various facilities of the hotel can fully meet the needs of 4-5 days. (And it is convenient to rent a car locally, but you need to be careful when driving up the mountain!!) The only flaw is that the training/process management needs to be strengthened, and some waiters are unreliable for treating everyone equally. In addition, the hotel reservation is paid online, but when checking the bill, it is found that the room fee is double-charged. The reason given by the front desk is "your booking platform has received your payment, but it has not been paid to us"... I don't know whether to complain about Ctrip or the hotel. The biggest negative review is for HP and the person on duty at the hotel that night. This company held a global performance award ceremony in the middle of the accommodation area. The lights, music, and the howling of drunken humans continued until midnight, which exceeded the specified time and could not be communicated.

Very good! I like the scenery here. The hotel service is also very good, I like the swimming pool here, and the gym is also very complete. The whole place is not crowded, and there is breakfast!

The hotel room is nice and big, although a little old but well maintained, the bed is very comfortable. The swimming pool is great, it is heated, so you can go down even if the weather is a little cold, the children love it!

Marriott's elite package is also available here, and the room was upgraded to a sea view room. The room was nice, but the wind was too strong these days, and the balcony glass door was not soundproof. The hotel's mini train may go to the small beach below. The hotel's architectural design is great, and the swimming pool is also heated. Check-out time can be as late as 2pm or 4pm. The breakfast omelette is pretty good, and the rest is just average, the same every day

Very very bad experience!! First of all, all services are delayed. When we checked in on the first day, the luggage was put on the cart by the staff, and it was not delivered half an hour after we checked in. We called to inquire and the reply was ASAP. As a result, we couldn't wait to go out to find the luggage and found it was still at the door of the hotel. Several staff members standing next to it were chatting. Any room services during the stay started at half an hour. Then it was a thunder that made us run directly to the front desk to quarrel!! At about 10 o'clock in the evening, we went back to the room to ask and found that the door was open. There were two cleaners cleaning the room, and our quilt was thrown on the floor! ! ! ! ! When they saw us coming in, they wanted to put the quilt on the floor back on the bed! So we slept with the quilt thrown on the floor these days? We immediately went to the front desk to report this situation, and the front desk only said: Sorry, they will report it to the housekeeping department. There was no other solution. We asked angrily if this was reasonable? He just said, then he would buy us a drink. Who needs a drink from you? The expressions of the staff were empty from the beginning to the end, which made me doubt whether this is really the normal service attitude of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Only when we asked them for the complaint email did they get a little nervous. BTW, some of their staff are obviously racist. When we were waiting in line for breakfast, the staff would smile and talk to the foreigners in front of us, but when it was our turn, they suddenly turned sour and talked to us very rudely. The staff we met on the road also pretended not to see us. Finally, there is a room on each floor of their hotel that continues to make noise. It has not been solved after many feedbacks. It must have been a problem for more than one or two days. Friends who like quietness don’t need to consider this place. The sound insulation is very poor. The people next door blow dry their hair and play music, and people passing by and talking outside the door can all be heard clearly. Ha^^ In summary, the cleanliness that a normal hotel should have, the good service attitude of the staff, and the quiet and comfortable rest environment in the room are not achieved in the Ritz-Carlton. It can even be said to be extremely poor.
