The pillows weren't the fluffiest but asked for more and problem solved. My experience was awesome!!! Would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family. Always something to do and very friendly customer service...! Try the Hot air balloon ride, it's amazing!!!

Resort has a lot of natural beauty. Halloween weekend in Galena is always fun. The parade is a must. Fun for kids and adults. Golf courses on the property are challenging and well maintained. Staff is friendly and food is very good. Stop by the new marina or take a hike in the woods.

My husband and I came here and had a wonderful time! The lake views were amazing and we took advantage of the boating options. The food at the woodlands lounge was delicious and Kai was the best waitress! All of the staff from the front desk and boat dock to the store was super friendly. Would definitely come again!

The Villa in which we stayed was showing it's age and had a very musty smell. When we booked, the reservation agent mentioned that this villa had recently been updated. The resort is absolutely beautiful and staff is very friendly. Our only regret was the accommodations.

Resort shows it's age,but staff is great. Food and drinks are excellent. Morning breakfast is very good. We would definitely go back. Great location and the free shuttle to and from downtown galena made our weekend visit a lot easier. Would love to go during the fall. Love the location

Great place to spend Thanksgiving. Just relax and enjoy your family had a beautiful buffet. Santa came the next day photos hot chocolate cookies. It was great My whole family enjoyed it. We had a baby seniors. We all enjoyed it The buffet was beautiful. The dinner on Friday evening was great. We enjoyed the lounge. It was cold but we took a walk. Just a great weekend

Newer pillows and a better reading lamp would’ve made my stay much more pleasant. The restaurant is top notch. The cost of the breakfast buffet is $22, but well worth it. This place has amazing views everywhere you look. I return here each year to find peace among the trees and escape the daily grind.

The scrapbook getaway weekend at Eagle Ridge is a first class event! Penny organizes a great experience with vendors on site and lots of perks while staying on the property. I appreciate the discount vouchers for the spa and gift store! I would highly recommend!

I had a hot stone massage with Pam. She was excellent and very attentive to my needs. Pam encouraged a product to relieve some discomfort that I have in my neck area. I am excited about using this moist heat therapy pad on both my neck and for my issue with TMJ.
