Hotel is really good located and clean with beautiful decorations. Also laundry service us for free. During our stay breakfast wasnt avaible, so they asked us what we want to eat for breakfast and prepred small box for us.

This hotel is situated near all the good spots. At the entrance of one of the major spots in the city. Very big and well equipped rooms. Good service and also a travel desk with very good advices.

We all like the hotel very much,, excellent service , all are very friendly, cozy environment, very clean , rooms are convenient with nice views, very nice library and tea room….breakfasts are yummy…

Only downfall stairs at the enterance.
All the hotels I stayed in had smell of cigarette and not clean.

The location is walking distance to major attraction. It is convenient and clean. It is not modern but more classical.

The staff was super friendly. The hotel rooms were very clean. They had a washer and dryer (which is rare to find) which was definite plus. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. Location was great. The entrance to Elephant Trunk Hill is right outside the front door. It's also easy to get a cab right out the front door to get to where you need to go. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
