Magnotel Hotel (Guilin Railway Station Xiangshan Scenic Area)

Five stars! The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the front desk service was warm and attentive. The location is convenient for getting around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! My overall stay exceeded expectations – the facilities are complete, the soundproofing is good, and the staff are friendly. It's excellent value for money, highly recommend!

The hotel environment is great! The front desk staff were so enthusiastic and patient, giving me recommendations for Guilin's tourist attractions and local food. The room was comfortable, and it even had a smart toilet. My friend and I had a really pleasant stay. Plus, the hotel has delivery robots, which was a nice touch. Overall, a fantastic experience – I highly recommend staying here!

The hygiene was meticulously maintained, and the soft lighting created a truly comforting and home-like atmosphere. It's also super close to Guilin Station, which made catching our train incredibly convenient – no need for an early start! The front desk staff were fantastic, always ready to help and quick to resolve any issues. And the breakfast was absolutely superb!

The hotel is old and the room smelled. I booked a king-size bed but got a twin room instead. To make matters worse, the blankets smelled of smoke and were sour. The hairdryer made a horrendous noise, it was just awful! The only positive thing I can say is about the lady at the restaurant; her service was excellent. We arrived quite late, and she kept apologizing that the selection of dishes wasn't as complete. She was very warm, enthusiastic, and friendly to all the guests!

I've never stayed in such a bad hotel. The toothbrush shed bristles, the toilet paper roll in the room was half-used, and the pricing was completely out of whack – members pay 208 while third-party sites charge 156. Seriously, what kind of manager do you have? The front desk said there were no twin rooms available, but I managed to book one through a third-party site. I checked into the Vienna Hotel Nanyang today, and everything there was so considerate. Your Magnolia Hotel in Guilin is just unbelievably bad. The air conditioning turned off by itself in the middle of the night. I do not recommend staying at this shady hotel. Manager, you really need to see how terrible your hotel is. Where does your confidence come from? Don't you ever leave Guilin? The razor was so bad it scraped my skin; it would have been better not to provide one at all!

Newly renovated hotel with new and upscale facilities. It's exceptionally clean, and the staff are warm, attentive, and highly professional. We're planning to book a boat ticket to Yangshuo through the hotel and return the same day. We've gotten so comfortable here that we don't want to switch to another place.

I've stayed at Magnolia Hotels before, and they're always very comfortable. The bedding is great, the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, a smart toilet, and the soundproofing is excellent. Plus, they deliver food orders right to your room.
