Amazing hotel. View from our room and from restaurant were incredible. Our best hotel in China. Staff very nice and helpful. Location couldn't be better. Close to many attractions. Hundreds of food stalls and sellers on the street near hotel. If you staying in Guilin this is the best hotel.

The room and the service were very good! The location is also very convenient. I booked a tour to the Longji Rice terraces through the hotel which was very nice and saved me to navigate there by public transport. The hotel breakfast is also good and has a lot of variety.
Luckily they provide earplugs because the soundproofing is not the best and depending on the room neighbors it can get very loud.

Very good hotel! Impressed with how convenient the location is - right next to the night markets so easy to get food and shopping. Receptionists were super helpful and used translations to communicate :)

Staff are friendly, supermarket and MacDonalds in the mall a few steps away. Booked a day tour from the tour counter in the hotel.

Perfect location for exploring the top attractions and the night stalls are open along the streets there. It’ll get quiet after the stalls & shop closes.
The front desk service staffs are very welcoming and accommodating.
Room is clean and comes with all the amenities you require for the stay. There is a laundry room to be used too.
The only downside is the shower and toilet share one sliding door.
Breakfast is okay and convenient. You can dine in with a view

The most friendly, most responsive, and most accommodating and helpful crew I ever encountered.
When u needed a towel- they came within minutes without any reminder. When u needed help with booking a cab, they will book foe you and will personally bring you to the pick-up point (because it is not directly outside the hotel).
I left my bag at the hotel after check-out. Didn't realised until I reached the station.
They managed to help make arrangement and the bag reached me in time for me to board the train. The whole thing all settled within a very short span of time. They are super empathetic and they make yoi feel that they really put the customers at their priorities.
It is a super enjoyable stay in Guilin-people are ALL super friendly in general.
Will miss Guilin.
