Club Med Guilin

Although the decor is a bit dated, the atmosphere is very pleasant. Club Med Guilin is like a utopia, perfect for enjoying a holiday. The excursions outside the village are a highlight, even if they are a little pricey!

This is my second time visiting. I participated in an off-site excursion, and the front desk called me a day in advance to confirm my arrival time. They also added me on WeChat so I could contact them anytime with questions. The weather wasn't great this time; it was raining and the temperature dropped.

Choosing Club Med for our National Day holiday was absolutely the right decision! The environment is beautiful, the activities are abundant, and we felt incredibly comfortable. Even though it was fully booked, it never felt crowded; it was very relaxing, perfect for families who love sports. The off-site excursions we took were all excellent (wilderness exploration, horseback riding, off-road self-driving, and cave sound therapy). I had mentally prepared myself for the room conditions before arriving, but they weren't as old as I'd imagined, and the cleanliness was good. The food was decent. All the GEs and GOs were incredibly friendly. The kids had a fantastic time playing with Keshi, the red-haired GO. Club Med is definitely suitable for extroverted people. Looking forward to exploring more resorts!

Although the rooms were a bit old, they were clean, and there were plenty of activities, making for a hassle-free and suitable vacation. However, some staff members were not adequately trained. The tennis coach refused to let my child participate in activities, while adults of the same skill level were allowed to join freely. This really put a damper on our mood. It's the first time I've encountered such a situation after many visits to Club Med.

The room was clean, and Willow provided excellent, thoughtful service. Overall, a great experience.

Our family trip was a fantastic experience! The GOs were very enthusiastic, especially our butler Vela, who was incredibly warm and helpful, answering all our questions. There were so many activities, including the unique real mountain climbing. It was a wonderful resort experience at Club Med Guilin.

Facilities: The hotel is a bit old but well-maintained. Renovation and upgrades will start after the National Day holiday. Service: Leo from the front desk reservations team contacted us in advance, promptly answered all our questions, and even gave a teddy bear plush toy to our child. All the staff consistently provided excellent service.

This was our first time bringing our child to Club Med, and we chose Club Med Guilin, which is said to have the most activities. Both the adults and the child had a great time. Our butler, Miss Willow, provided very attentive service. She contacted us in advance to ask about our special requests and helped coordinate our room and dining arrangements. Although the room was a bit old, the cleanliness and service were perfectly acceptable. The GOs (Gentle Organizers) lived up to their reputation for being full of energy! Overall, it was a very happy family trip.
