The room was quite spacious and the facilities were well-maintained. However, I was really taken aback by the room layout. We had to be upgraded because our original room wasn't ready when we arrived around 2 PM, but the upgraded room was at least a 10-minute walk from the lobby. The service was good, and they did inform us about the distance beforehand. The hotel environment was also great, with a fireworks show in the evening. We got complimentary park tickets, but the park itself isn't worth a special trip; it's more of a casual add-on if you're staying at the hotel, as many attractions were closed.

An experience that exceeded our expectations, truly a worthwhile family trip! The hotel is surrounded by mountains and water, and its Yao village-style architecture is very unique. Our lake view room offered stunning karst landscapes right outside the window, and the balcony had excellent views, perfect for photos. There's a free shuttle bus service to Sunac Ocean World and Happy Tribe. Inside the hotel, you can cycle around the lake, camp on the lawn, or go kayaking. In the evenings, there are occasional bonfire parties or fireworks displays, which are a big hit with families with kids.

The hotel boasts stunning views, nestled by mountains and water. The common areas are expansive, featuring a massive internal lake where you can spend half a day strolling along the banks, taking photos, or even rowing a boat. We did encounter a minor issue during our stay, but the hotel staff promptly and efficiently resolved it.

The staff were all incredibly friendly, but their service efficiency could use some improvement. The water pressure in the hotel was low, and the hot water wasn't hot enough.

However, there are a few issues: 1. **Poor Service Awareness:** The front desk initially assigned a very remote room to the elderly and children without any guidance (though they did change rooms later). 2. **Missing Inclusions:** The fruit platter, which was supposed to be included in the room package, was not provided. 3. **Closed Facilities During Peak Season:** Surprisingly, facilities like the swimming pool were closed and inaccessible to guests during peak season. 4. **Misleading 'Late-Night Snack':** The so-called 'late-night snack' in the package turned out to be just one bowl of one type of food per person, with no flexibility for an extra serving. Please be aware of this when booking. I won't even bother mentioning other minor details like room cleanliness and facilities. I hope to see improvements in the future.

Although the hotel is a bit remote, the views are absolutely stunning. There are even swans in the lake within the resort grounds. The rooms are quite spacious, making for a very comfortable stay, perfect for a vacation.

This hotel is truly excellent, with beautiful scenery that looks like a postcard no matter how you photograph it. It's perfect for a family trip; if you want to avoid crowded attractions, it completely fulfills your desire to appreciate Yangshuo. Facilities: Excellent. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Beautiful. Service: Superb.

The environment was beautiful and quiet, and the room was spacious with a great view outside the window. The service was warm and thoughtful. When we were having breakfast, the staff learned that we were going hiking and prepared a box of eggs and bread for us to take on the road. We were really grateful for that!
