The hotel’s sports facilities are first-rate, but the mattresses are relatively hard and need to be improved. The staff is friendly, the SPA is quite good, the 25-meter swimming pool is great, the GYM is very powerful, and the Gym staff is very nice and friendly. The breakfast can be improved, it can be said to be right, but not very good. One night the air conditioner broke down and they changed the room at noon. It was not very pleasant, but the staff tried to solve all the problems in the most friendly way, which left me with a bittersweet taste because I woke up very tired, but Can't be disrupted because people want to solve it in a very friendly way, generally I recommend the hotel and will repeat it again regardless of defects.

Hotel de nível mediano que não pode ser de todo considerado 4 estrelas. Tudo o que seja alcatifa está sujo e/ou degradado. Quarto em que ou acordamos com barulho de outros quartos/corredor ou com a luz de fora pois uma parte da cortina estava danificada...televisão com funcionamento estranho e tivemos que desligar o minifrigorífico pois o barulho era incomodativo. Pequeno-almoço muito paupérrimo com pouca variedade, sumos que mais pareciam água, pouco cuidado com os alimentos que necessitam de frio....Piscina bastante degradada, seja nos pequenos azulejos dela em falta, seja na ferrugem dos seus ferros, seja no teto manchado, claraboia suja ou bocados soltos, seja nas espreguiçadeiras sujas, velhas e degradadas. Funcionárias da recepção simpáticas, a do pequeno-almoço estava algo mal encarada. A equipa de futebol do Estoril Praia estava lá hospedada mas não sentimos grande barulho da parte deles. Estacionamento basto e tranquilo. No geral um hotel com uma vertente desportiva interessante mas com uma má gestão e manutenção, com algumas mudanças poderia ser um hotel magnifico mas o dinheiro na conta sobe-lhes à cabeça.

Mit Abstand das schlimmste Hotel, in dem ich je gewesen bin. Erster Eindruck beim. Heck-in ist positiv, aber dann geht es los. Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und in die Jahre gekommen. Teppichboden im Zimmer war verdreckt. Das Bad war sehr unsauber und ebenfalls schon sehr abgenutzt. Der Fön im Bad war defekt. Das Bettlaken hatte Blutflecken oder ähnliches. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig, man kann jedes Wort der Nachbarn verstehen und ist bei jedem Toilettengang der anderen Gäste praktisch live dabei. Das Personal in der Bar war hoffnungslos überfordert. Am Mittag konnte man keinen grünen Tee finden. Am Abend war das alkoholfreie Bier aus und man konnte auch keine alkoholfreien Cocktails anbieten, obwohl alles so in der Karte stand. Der Mitarbeiter wirkte verzweifelt und gestand uns, dass er auch erst einen Monat hier arbeiten würde. Er war anscheinend für Bar und Restaurant gleichzeitig zuständig. Am Ende bekam ich dann ein stilles Wasser in einer Plastikflasche. Das Personal beim Frühstück schien ebenfalls sehr überfordert. Beim Blick in die Küche entdeckte ich, dass sich dort noch eine große Menge dreckiges Geschirr vom Vorabend stapelte. Die beiden Mitarbeiter waren zwar sehr bemüht, jedoch das Frühstücksbuffet war mehr als dürftig. Der Kaffeeautomat war anscheinend lange nicht gereinigt worden. In der Teeschublade befanden sich nur noch Reste von angebrochenen Teesorten. Auf meine Nachfrage nach grünem Tee, fand man heute plötzlich doch welchen. Zumindest 1 Beutel. Alles in allem eine sehr negative Erfahrung. Von außen macht das Hotel einen guten Eindruck und auch die Lobby ist sehr modern gestaltet, aber das ist auch das einzig Positive, was man berichten könnte. Ich kann nicht verstehen, warum dieses Hotel 4 Sterne hat.

Hotel que parou no tempo. Pouca limpeza, quartos minúsculos e “frios” sem o mínimo de decoração… jantar mediano para o preço cobrado. Doce com bolor e fiambre amarelo ao pequeno almoço. Piscina com muitos detergentes, porque Qd saímos de lá ficamos com a pele e os olhos vermelhos. Não recomendo. As fotos no site realmente enganam bem.

Une seule nuit passée dans cet hôtel situé en périphérie de Guimaraes, je n'ai pas testé les installations sportives. Pour le principal qui est d'y dormir, la chambre au rez de chaussée est assez basique, sans décoration, la literie n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Poignée de porte de salle de bain qui reste dans les mains.... Le gros problème des chambres reste l'insonorisation qui est catastrophique, on entend tout de la chambre d'à côté. J'ai trouvé en plus de cela la température fraîche dans tout l'hôtel, 2 ou 3 degrés de plus ne feraient pas de mal. Les parties communes sont en revanches modernes et lumineuses avec de grandes baies vitrées. Le personnel est accueillant et la restauration bonne. Un hôtel qui possède un beau potentiel mais trop de détails qui pour moi n'en font pas un 4 étoiles, plutôt un bon 3 étoiles.

Bel établissement, restaurant sur place, chambres spacieuses, grande salle de bain, en revanche petit soucis avec la douche la porte laisse de l’eau passer, du coup le sol est toujours mouillé ce qui est plutôt désagréable… Mes premiers séjours dans l’établissement remonte à 2019, et je trouve que le petit déjeuner qui est servi sous forme de buffet est en baisse…
