Atour Properties in Guiyang

The whole place is fantastic. It comes with laundry services, you just have to write a note with your room number and the cleaning crew will help you with the laundry. Most of the important amenities are there with the exception of a fridge. Apparently fridge are only provided in the more expensive room type. However, that still doesn't deter me from staying here. It's a superb hotel after all with free shuttle service to the nearest train station which is 10min away. Place is also super clean.

My phone broke in Guiyang Qianling Park, so I couldn't transfer my photos. This Atour hotel at Guiyang Twin Towers was great in terms of location and rooms. The only minor drawback was during check-in. We arrived a bit early, so we understood when they said the room wasn't ready. We left our luggage and went out. When we returned in the afternoon to get our room key, they told us the room was clean but needed another 10 minutes for inspection. They asked us to wait in the lounge and said they'd let us know when it was done. However, that '10 minutes' turned into a much longer wait, and I eventually had to go ask myself, only for them to apologize and say it was ready. The efficiency could definitely be improved.

When traveling, Atour is always my top choice. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Qingyun Market, and right next to Erqi Road Pedestrian Street. The mall next door also has several restaurants. The underground parking is spacious and convenient. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful with local specialties. Great value for money!

Our family's recent stay at this Atour Light hotel was fantastic! It deserves a special shout-out ✨ One thoughtful highlight was the complimentary late-night congee served every evening. Coming back to a warm bowl after a day of sightseeing was incredibly comforting and helped melt away travel fatigue. For those driving or renting a car, parking is absolutely stress-free. The hotel has ample parking spaces, which is a huge convenience and time-saver, especially in a city like Guiyang where parking can be a challenge. The guest rooms were meticulously cleaned and maintained daily, always spotless, and mineral water was replenished generously. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, catering to everyone's tastes in the family. The front desk staff were wonderfully warm, attentive, and responsive. In-room amenities like smart screen casting and the minibar were fully equipped and worked perfectly. Overall, the cleanliness, environment, service, and facilities were all top-notch. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit to Guiyang!

This is the second time I have booked this Atour Hotel. The first time was for my grandfather. They came back to China to play and stayed in this hotel. The service was pretty good. There was a tall and thin guy with glasses at the front desk who recommended food to them and introduced the characteristics of Guizhou. He was very patient in communicating despite the language barrier. The service of Atour is really very good. Although I didn't see this guy this time, the other front desk ladies and brothers were very good, the service was very good, and the housekeeping ladies were very polite. The location of the hotel is also good, it is convenient to go everywhere, the room is also very clean, before checking in, they saw the notes of my order and called me to communicate, and they also gave me souvenirs when I checked out, which is very good. I will still choose Atour Hotel next time I travel

The Atour Hotel at Dacro is in a fantastic location. You're right on Minsheng Road Food Street as soon as you step out, making it super convenient to try all the authentic local snacks. The front desk staff were really welcoming and even upgraded my room. The room was on a high floor, very quiet, and offered great views of Guiyang city. The bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast included special local noodles. I had a very satisfying stay!

The room was clean! Right next to the hotel is a snack street with a great variety of local specialties. It was also very quiet at night and the breakfast had a good selection. The only issue was the air conditioning. I set it to 25 degrees Celsius when I went to bed, but woke up around 2 AM feeling hot because it was only blowing air and not cooling. I then set it to 24 degrees, and it started cooling, so I went back to sleep. However, I woke up again around 5 AM, this time feeling cold! The air conditioning kept cooling and wouldn't stop even after reaching the set temperature. I'm not sure if the thermostat is broken. If this can't be fixed, I'd suggest providing an extra blanket in the room, as the current one is thinner than those in other hotels.

Stayed at Atour with a friend, and this Atour's style is really beautiful. It's a new hotel that just opened, so the rooms are very new and odorless. Especially when we needed toothbrushes and slippers at night, they were delivered to our room super fast. The weather in Guiyang has also been very cool lately. The service was excellent. Happy!

I made a special trip to Shilihe Beach with my partner to relax and choose this newly opened Atour X beyond expectations. The overall decoration is trendy and simple, the photo atmosphere is good, the lobby and corridor design are simple and advanced. The layout of the rooms is reasonable, the lighting is transparent, the bathroom is clean and refreshing, and the quality of toiletries is online. The surrounding ecological environment is excellent. In the morning, you can drive to Shilihe Beach for a walk, and then come back for a lunch break. Passing by the lobby front desk, you will say hello, the service is very good, and their breakfast ingredients are fresh, the taste is online, and you can also walk around at night. Satisfied with the comprehensive experience of the hotel, Affordable, quiet and comfortable, next time Huaxi play will still come back to stay

This is my first time writing a review after so many bookings, and I have to give this hotel a huge thumbs up! The lobby felt very comfortable as soon as I walked in, and check-in was super quick. The room was clean, and I loved that I could open the window for ventilation. The breakfast really stands out – the cold dishes changed every day, which I really enjoyed, and there were hot dishes, sour soup noodles, and some amazing Guiyang local snacks. I started each day feeling full and happy! 😁 The location is also great, with a subway station nearby. Since we were just exploring the city this trip, it was really convenient to get everywhere. Definitely worth staying again!
