The rooms were well-equipped, clean, and quite new. We were traveling with seniors and children, so I asked the front desk staff for three adjoining, quiet rooms. To my delight, the front desk attendant upgraded our rooms, which was a very pleasant surprise. The curtains, lights, and other room features were all controlled by smart voice commands, which was incredibly convenient. What I was especially happy with was how soundproof all three rooms were; they were incredibly quiet, and we couldn't hear any outside noise at all. There's also a local restaurant right across the street downstairs that served some pretty good food. Plus, it's very close to Metro Line 1, making it easy to get anywhere. I'll definitely choose City Comfort Inn again on my next visit.

I was visiting Guiyang to escape the summer heat and saw this new branch, conveniently located in the city center. It's close to Minsheng Road and Jiaxiu Tower, right next to Wenchang Pavilion, and also near the subway and Fountain Park – all within walking distance. Transportation and parking are quite convenient. What was especially thoughtful was that it had been raining these past few days, and the hotel provided complimentary umbrellas, which I really appreciated. It's a standalone hotel, so it's not noisy. Plus, the breakfast in Guiyang was fantastic and plentiful, a buffet, and you absolutely have to try the local noodles. My trip to Guiyang, from dining and drinking to lodging and entertainment, truly exceeded my expectations.
