Crystal Orange Properties in Guiyang

The room was pretty good. Guiyang is a city where every inch of land is precious, so the room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate. The hygiene was good, and the service was excellent. They even offered complimentary fruit and popsicles, and the laundry service was decent too. Overall, I was satisfied.

The hotel's location is great. Right outside, there's a bus stop, and just up the road, there's a place called Xinyinchang with lots of food and entertainment options. The hotel front desk even has discount coupons for the area, like 30 yuan off a sour soup hotpot! We've stayed here twice, and both times, when there was availability, the front desk upgraded our room, which was really a nice touch. The service is excellent. Room 09 is particularly spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is also rich and varied. All in all, I'm very satisfied!

The room was quiet, so I slept really well. It's super close to Yueran Plaza, making it easy to grab food. Watching the Shaolin women's football team was a nice bonus! 👍 The breakfast was plentiful with a great variety of fruits, though I didn't eat much since I'm on a diet. The self-service freshly ground coffee was also good, and the automatic coffee machine was easy to use with just one button. They reimbursed my taxi fare, and even though the invoice didn't come through, the front desk staff, particularly Xiao Du, handled it very humanely and even covered the taxi fare herself. There was a late-night snack service too; I didn't try it, but it looked good. I forgot to pick up the Cili (Rosa Roxburghii) jelly. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely stay here again. It's very close to the North Station.

The room facilities are complete and the service is very good. The lady at the front desk is very considerate. But I have to complain about the fact that there is no full-length mirror in the room. Only the sink has a mirror, and the patterned reflection on the wardrobe door can barely serve as a full-length mirror.

Arrived at 3:09 PM and our room wasn't ready, making us wait an hour, which was quite inconvenient. There were a few small flying insects in the room, which was a bit of a mood killer. I forgot my phone charger, and the hotel didn't have a suitable charging cable – all the ones they offered looked old and cheap and couldn't even charge. The breakfast wasn't very varied, and the taste was just average; definitely not worth paying for if it wasn't included. Overall, the hotel environment was quite comfortable, and the service was decent, with staff trying their best to meet customer needs. I just hope they can improve in all aspects.
