The room was great, and the environment was pleasant with excellent service. The hotel is clean and luxuriously decorated. Our room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and the location is convenient with snack shops right downstairs. Great value for money.

Won't be booking this place again. The elevators don't require a key card to access the guest floors, and that's a security flaw I personally can't overlook. When staying somewhere, safety is always my top priority. If safety isn't guaranteed, good service or a convenient location simply aren't enough. Most people booking near the airport are trying to catch early or late flights. Plus, there are a lot of illegal taxis (black cabs) around the airport, many of them still soliciting passengers on the roadside even past midnight (I encountered some leaving the airport close to midnight). If you're traveling as a couple, it might be fine to stay here, but for solo female travelers, I really wouldn't recommend it. Consider paying a bit more for a better hotel.
