I came to Guiyang with my elderly parents and child, and this hotel's location is excellent. It's right next to one of the exits of Beijing Road Metro Station, making it very convenient to get to Qianling Park and nearby tourist hubs. The suite is fully equipped, with one bedroom and one living room, and each has its own bathroom. It also has a refrigerator, kitchen, desk, vanity, dining table, and various dishes, bowls, detergent, and sponges in the cupboards. It feels more like an apartment setup. The most thoughtful gesture was that we were a party of three, and the room originally came with breakfast for two, but the hotel kindly provided an extra breakfast. The breakfast was very good, with a wide selection, and most dishes tasted great. The hotel also has a lobby bar, gym, and laundry room, which is very comprehensive. All in all, a satisfying stay, and I would consider choosing it again if I return!

The hotel's facilities and location are great in all aspects. The only downside was that since it's newly opened, there was a slight smell in the room. However, the lobby and room service staff were very responsive. As soon as I called to report the smell, they immediately arranged for an air purifier. The next day when checking out, the front desk staff, who I believe was a manager (I forgot to ask for her name), even prepared a large bag of special snacks for me and emphasized that if I call ahead for my next stay, they will open the windows for ventilation in advance. All in all, they showed great sincerity!

Booked this hotel in Guiyang last minute during a 'special forces' style trip, and chose it because it was pet-friendly. I honestly expected an average room given the low price, but I was so pleasantly surprised! The room was fantastic, very spacious, and well-equipped. It even had a microwave, cutlery, and a mini-fridge, so I could heat up food right in the room. Breakfast was good too. What impressed me most was their pet-friendly service. The front desk provided wet wipes and tissues, the room had complimentary pee pads, and they even gave my dog a toy, which he loved! I originally planned to stay only one night, but since I enjoyed it so much, I extended my stay for another night. The only downside was that the room was a bit warm, and I wish I could have adjusted the temperature myself!

They have robots that deliver food, which is incredibly convenient! This hotel really surpasses many others in its class, especially for an airport hotel. Most guests are exhausted from traveling or transiting for flights, so this is a real bonus. The airport shuttle is super convenient, efficient, and always on time. The room and hotel facilities were so comfortable. I'll definitely be back! And a shout-out to Kinnie – excellent service! 👍🏻

The standardization at Hilton Garden Inn is consistently good. I've stayed at two of them recently, one in Lhasa and one in Guiyang, and they were practically identical in style. This particular hotel is located south of Jiaxiu Tower, and everything is very well-appointed. From the lobby, it didn't seem too crowded, which might be because the ground floor common areas are quite spacious and grand. The only minor drawback is that the elevators are a bit slow, especially considering it's nearly a 60-story building.
