JI Hotel (Guiyang Future Ark Zhongtian Yu'an New City)

Staying at a Hanting hotel always gives me peace of mind. The breakfast was plentiful, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel is also quite close to the airport, just a 10-15 minute taxi ride away. I spent a few days exploring Guizhou.

This trip, I chose to stay at Ji Hotel, and the location was excellent, with plenty of delicious food options nearby – no need to scour review apps! There's also a farmers market just outside where you can buy fruits and vegetables. The hotel service was great, amenities were complete, and the room environment was good. I was satisfied with everything; the quality was definitely there. There was also a small incident during my stay: I had booked the same order on different platforms. When the hotel discovered it, they were very gracious and refunded the payment without any charges, which aligns with Ji Hotel's service philosophy. I will definitely choose to stay here again for future travels!

The room was clean and odorless, and the overall decor felt new. I received a free upgrade to a larger room. The front desk staff were very friendly and recommended a local bean and rice hotpot place that was both cheap and delicious 😋. For breakfast, there were freshly made rice noodles and regular noodles.

The staff were polite and enthusiastic, and the front desk team was excellent – they promptly helped us with any issues. The cleaning staff were also very polite, providing thorough and attentive service. They even gave us a free room upgrade upon arrival. Although our room faced the street, it was still very quiet. The room had a mini-fridge, and it was great to use the hotel's complimentary tea bags to make cold brew tea. Overall, our stay was fantastic.

The environment was quite good. The hotel is located by the roadside, and rooms facing the road can be noisy. We didn't book a roadside room; our room faced the mountain. However, our room was directly above a restaurant, and we noticed a strong smell of coal smoke, especially a distinct barbecue smell at night. We informed the front desk during check-out, and they offered two small gifts as an apology.

The room was spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the service excellent. I had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again next time! 😄

The hotel lobby immediately greeted us with a lovely tea fragrance. The room was spacious and all the facilities were brand new. The service was exceptional, and the breakfast spread was impressive. Every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly. Even the toiletries smelled fantastic; I'm definitely hooked on their hand soap! The housekeeping attendant was also incredibly thoughtful and even gave us some laundry detergent. I'll definitely choose Ji Hotel again next time. Highly recommended!
