The room was clean with wooden floors and comfortable bedding. There were good dining options nearby. Our whole family stayed at Atour, and the environment was clean and tidy, with a comfortable room layout. The staff were thoughtful and polite, and the public facilities were comprehensive. The bedding provided an excellent sleep experience. Overall, it was relaxing and comfortable, very suitable for family travel, and highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its amenities, delicious supper and breakfast (particularly the egg fried rice!), takeaway coffee, unlimited supply of drinking water, comfy beds and pillows, and the room upgrade! One can tell the effort put in by the hotel to make sure guests feel at home. On an extremely rare occasion, we actually stayed until the check-out time of 2:00 pm. There’s no supermarket but a convenience store nearby.

More than worth the price! The hotel meets the 4*standard in China. Room is spacious, very clean and modern. What was outstanding here was the service, super friendly and very accommodating (they prepared a late dinner for me). Also when you order a WaiMai, the receptionist will bring it straight to your room without me asking, Lounge quite cosy and the hotel just 10 minutes drive from the airport

The floor around the bed in the room was sunken, with a clearly visible sloping pit, posing a safety hazard! At night, when it was quiet, I could clearly feel the ground vibrating intermittently, as if there was underground construction work going on! The front desk service was also poor. This Atour hotel is the worst in terms of environment and service I've ever stayed at, bar none!
