酒店不滿意之處：
1 酒店前台，當我晚上6點多到達酒店門前，電話詢問停車場怎麼走？前台居然掛了我電話！於是衹好自己親自去前台問小姑娘（當時前台沒有一個客人），我説我剛剛給你打電話被你給掛斷了，她衹是一笑，然後她衹説停車負一層，我又問負一層是否有酒店標識，她説隨便停，當我找到停車位後，卻半天找不到負一層到酒店的電梯，又打電話給前台，這次她接了電話，才説停在負一層N4區，電梯就在附近，為什麼不一次説清楚？為什麼？
2 酒店的電梯，酒店所在的樓棟是幾家酒店合用的，住客多，電梯慢到懷疑人生！！
3 酒店的親子房，9層的千萬慎重選，電梯到達9層後，你必須扛行李箱爬樓（如圖4），進到房間一看，房間是個夾層改的，層高低，很壓抑！
酒店的滿意之處
1 空調很温暖
2 洗澡水很好，衞生間乾濕分離
3 床鋪還比較舒服
4 房間缺一套洗漱用品和拖鞋，保安大哥很快送到，且態度非常好。
5 周邊環境好，吃飯方便，高速出行很方便

因為出差，所以臟衣服比較多，看到他們家有洗衣房，果斷選擇了他們，房間是真心的不錯，去洗衣服的時候看到他們這個吊燈，真的是太喜歡了，好有氛圍感，旁邊就是健身房，洗衣服的時候還可以跑跑步，看看書什麼的，非常nice

房間不錯，裏面x的洗漱用品包裝的很好，差什麼東西，打電話給他們，馬上就送過去了，感覺有被重視到，早餐還可以煎蛋，去的時候找阿姨弄，剛剛煎出來的就是好吃，停車也非常方便，就在他們樓下，地下停車場，坐電梯上來就到前台了，前台的美女也很耐心，還送了我早餐票，很感動，入住很滿意，下次出差還會選擇他們家

我已經是酒店的長客了，對於他們酒店 ，我感到非常滿意，一直在他們家入住也習慣了，平時跟他們客房服務員比較熟悉，一直都是需要什麼，他們馬上就送過來了 並沒有因為我是長客就慢的情況，所以到他家酒店，就感覺到家一樣，馬上中秋節了，因為我是長客，所以他們還沒有到中秋節，就開始給我送禮物了，有小吃，還有兔子燈，真的很有中秋節的味道，有被感動到，經常出差，他們家真的讓我感覺回家的感覺，非常滿意，強烈推薦入住這個酒店
