The hotel environment is very elegant, and the facilities are complete and well-equipped. The public lounge area is filled with lush green plants, and they even provide coffee, soybean milk, and milk tea. Although breakfast is not served, there are plenty of convenience stores and snack bars downstairs.

Terrible, far below expectations. The room was extremely small and narrow, essentially two floors carved out of one floor in an office building. The soundproofing was also very poor; being right next to a main road made sleeping at night very noisy. I particularly have to mention the hygiene, which was quite unbearable. Dirty stuff kept coming out when showering in the bathroom, which was truly disgusting. Plus, one of the two lights in the room was broken. And the toothbrush cups at the sink were disposable! In all my years of staying in hotels, this is the first time I've ever seen disposable paper cups used as toothbrush cups. In summary, it looked nothing like the pictures, the experience was bad, and it offered poor value for money.

The overall environment is grand and bright, the front desk service was excellent, the room size was just right, offering great value for money. It was clean, and the soundproofing was pretty good. 🌹🌹🌹

The hotel isn't far from the North Station, and there are many hotels nearby, but I feel this one offers really good value for money among them. A big thank you to the front desk lady who upgraded my room for free! The hotel overall is great, with a convenient public area. We saved money and enjoyed a authentic local breakfast at a nearby market instead, which was a far better experience than any hotel buffet.
