The hotel room is clean and nice just like the other Novotel hotels around the world. The buffet breakfast spread at The Square is reasonably good. The housekeeping staff did perform well in maintaining the room clean. There are many restaurants nearby the hotel, particularly the ‘underground’ (technically below the road junction) restaurants. The West Zhongshan Metro line 1 (Exit E) is about 7 minutes walk and then use Entrance D and Exit C of the underpass stairs/elevator to proceed to the Hotel passing Uniqlo and the restaurant with the hanging Panda. Will stay again at this hotel if visit Guiyang in future.

Although the hotel is not very new, but it's clean and comfortable, internet is fast. Location is convenient.

Good location, staff helpful air-con not working, I try back to stay more 2 nights but they gave poor room near elevator and walk way. Exactly some staffs always say “I can’t speak English” that I think not kind attitude of job.

Great location in the old town with walking access to most of great local cuisines. The room is pretty big and cozy.

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose this hotel for its location. 2-night stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

Very good location at 大十字. Uniqlo and Adidas are just downstairs. Convenient if you need to get clothing for the weather. They have a gym at level 7 open for 24hrs

Good location to stay in downtown Guiyang, near shopping and foods street. The nearest subway/metro is 10 mins away.

This hotel is perfect, the service is amazing thanks to Amber Feng and Lucy at the front desk. They were friendly and eager to help. The hotel is clean and super convenient being at the city center. Will always stay here when I am in Guiyang!

Hotel is situated in a busy area close to many malls. The staff is very friendly, Mr Jake Yang is especially helpful at the front desk. The room has beautiful views of the city. Very big and spacious. Highly recommend this hotel if visiting Guiyang.
