The service provided by the lady at the front desk was great. She helped us make ear folds, store our things, and helped with takeout. It was like butler service. It was perfect.

The second floor is a laundry room shared with Jiji, but there are too few washing machines and dryers, four each, so it takes a long time to wait. The room is okay, the bed is a bit soft, and the windows are very soundproof when closed.
